Sharks: Wade Graham (suspension) and Oregon Kaufusi (concussion) are the big inclusions with Toby Rudolf (foot) and Dale Finucane (suspension) sidelined following the bye. Both will come off the bench with Royce Hunt and Cameron McInnes promoted to the starting side. Braydon Trindall drops out of the 17 to the reserves with Thomas Hazelton in line to play his first game of the season.
Roosters: James Tedesco returns to fullback after missing a week due to concussion. That pushes Joey Manu back to the centres, Drew Hutchison to the bench and Jake Turpin out of the 17. Returning prop Matt Lodge has been included on the interchange after Fletcher Baker (concussion) was ruled out on Tuesday.

Sea Eagles: A few changes for Anthony Seibold's side. Reuben Garrick is out after failing a head injury assessment last week with Raymond Tuaimalo Vaega set to play the third game of his NRL career on the wing. Karl Lawton (shoulder) has also been ruled out with former Australian prop Aaron Woods called onto the bench for his first appearance in Manly colours. Toafofoa Sipley joins Woods on the interchange with Sean Keppie listed as 18th man. Cooper Johns will start at five-eighth with Josh Schuster (quad) included in the reserves. Kaeo Weekes returns to the interchange while Tom Trbojevic (back spasms) is right to go.
Storm: Nick Meaney suffered delayed concussion symptoms following Thursday night's win over the Roosters and is out with Cameron Munster switching to fullback and Jonah Pezet partnering Jahrome Hughes in the halves. Sualauvi Faalogo is the new man in the extended squad. Nelson Asofa-Solomona is edging closer to a return by Round 8 at the earliest after resuming training alongside Ryan Papehuyzen (knee) last week.

Martin has been ruled out for up to two months. Skipper Tohu Harris has been named to make a return from a knee injury after two false starts. Cowboys: Kangaroos back-rower Jeremiah Nanai is back from suspension in a timely return following news on Tuesday that Griffin Neame is out for up to two months due to a throat injury. Murray Taulagi also makes an early return on the wing for Brendan Elliot, who is listed among the reserves.

Knights: With Jayden Brailey's season now over following an ACL injury suffered in Round 6, Phoenix Crossland moves from the halves to start at hooker, with Tyson Gamble returning from a head knock to take over the No.6 jersey. Mat Croker looks set to shake off the leg injury which plagued him last week and has been named to start at lock.
Panthers: An unchanged line-up from that which beat the Sea Eagles last week, although that could change with representative forward Liam Martin included in the reserves after overcoming a calf injury. Off-season recruit Luke Garner is also back from a ribs complaint and is included in the wider squad.

Titans: Last week’s match-winner Toby Sexton fractured his wrist in the win over the Dragons and has been left out of the 22-man squad with Kieran Foran back from a calf injury. After being signed by the club at the end of last month, former Wests Tigers prop Thomas Mikaele is set to make his club debut off the bench alongside fellow mid-season Super League recruit Kruise Leeming, who came on to play 29 minutes in last week’s win over the Dragons.
Broncos: Thomas Flegler is out after failing a HIA last week, which means Corey Jensen starts in the front row and Kobe Hetherington joins the bench for his first NRL game of the year, after missing the start of the year due to a ruptured biceps. There are no other changes from coach Kevin Walters, following his side's first loss of the season last week.

Raiders: A couple of big ins for Ricky Stuart following last week’s victory over the Broncos, with Jack Wighton returning from suspension and Joseph Tapine back on deck after missing Round 6 for the birth of his first child. Nick Cotric makes a timely return from a hamstring injury to take the place of veteran wing Jordan Rapana, who is out after suffering a nasty facial injury in Round 6. Club great Jarrod Croker has kept his spot in the centres after playing his first NRL game in almost a year last week. Peter Hola and Brad Schneider are the players to drop out of the 17.
Dragons: Zane Musgrove comes in at prop in a straight swap for Francis Molo, who has pleaded guilty to a Careless High Tackle Charge and will miss three games through suspension. After being the replacement player last week, veteran Tautau Moga gets a start on the wing in place of Mikaele Ravalawa, who is set to miss three weeks with a hamstring injury. The rest of the squad is unchanged, with impressive rookie Toby Couchman retaining his spot in the 17.

Eels: Co-captain Junior Paulo returns from suspension to bolster the Parramatta pack, with Wiremu Greig reverting to the bench and Jack Murchie dropping out of the 17. There are no other changes for Brad Arthur following his side earning their second win of the year on Easter Monday against the Wests Tigers.
Bulldogs: The Bulldogs suffered a blow on Wednesday when Viliame Kikau suffered a pectoral injury at training. He is expected to require surgery and could face 8-10 weeks on the sideline. Kikau had been named to return from his 11-day concussion stand down so a reshuffle will be needed. Tevita Pangai Jnr has been named to start at prop in his first game of the year after missing the opening six weeks with a calf issue. Raymond Faitala-Mariner also returns from a head knock and will start at lock. With Josh Addo-Carr (ankle) set to miss the next eight weeks, Braidon Burns gets first shot at the vacant wing spot and will play his first NRL game of the year.
