Storm: Halfback Jahrome Hughes has been rubbed out for two matches after he was unsuccessful in having a Dangerous Contact charge downgraded at the NRL Judiciary on Tuesday night. Jonah Pezet is likely to come into the halves alongside Cameron Munster, who returns after missing two games with a finger injury in a huge boost for the Storm.Â
Wests Tigers: A major positional shift with Adam Doueihi going from five-eighth to fullback and Brandon Wakeham taking the No.6 jersey. Charlie Staines goes to the wing and David Nofoaluma drops to the reserves. Isaiah Papali'i is back from suspension to bolster the pack and Daine Laurie (knee) makes his comeback via the bench. Alex Seyfarth has been added to the bench at the expense of Joe Ofahengaue. Hooker Jake Simpkin is listed among the reserves as he works his way back from a concussion suffered against the Knights in Round 2.

Dolphins: Felise Kaufusi was found guilty of Dangerous Contact at the judiciary on Tuesday night and will miss four matches so changes will be needed to the side named on Tuesday. Origin prop Jarrod Wallace makes a welcome return after missing Round 3 for personal reasons so Kurt Donoghoe drops to the reserves. Wallace could come into the starting side at prop with Kenny Bromwich switching to second row to fill the void left by Kaufusi.
Broncos: No injury concerns for Kevin Walters after the win over the Dragons so the same 17-man squad has been named to face the Dolphins. Forward Kobe Hetherington is listed among the reserves as he works his way back from a biceps injury. Deine Mariner is 18th man.

Cowboys: A change in the forwards with Griffin Neame to start at prop in place of Reuben Cotter, who has suffered a knee injury against the Warriors. Veteran prop James Tamou joins the bench. Tom Chester keeps the fullback job in the absence of Scott Drinkwater (suspended). Forward Mitch Dunn made his way back to the field last week in Queensland Cup having recovered from his ACL injury and could be a chance to come into the squad later in the week.
Titans: On the back of a strong win over the Storm in Round 4, coach Justin Holbrook has named the same 17-man squad. Chris Randall again takes the hooking duties in Sam Verrills' absence while Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui and Jo Vuna retain their spots after solid showings last week.

Rabbitohs: Forward Hame Sele, who failed a HIA last week, is ruled out under the NRL's new mandatory 11-day-stand down protocol. Meanwhile, Jason Demetriou has been dealt more blows in the forward stocks with Shaquai Mitchell suffering a foot injury and Tevita Tatola facing 4-6 weeks on the sideline with a MCL injury. Daniel Suluka-Fifita comes into the starting side along with Jacob Host, who has recovered from a calf injury. Blake Taaffe joins the bench after he was 18th man last week.
Sea Eagles: Coach Anthony Seibold goes with the same squad that downed the Eels to open Round 3. Forwards Taniela Paseka and Josh Aloiai both accepted fines for dangerous tackles against the Eels so they will take their place.Â
