Rabbitohs: Star fullback Latrell Mitchell (knee) has been named to play but forwards Tevita Tatola (head knock) and Jai Arrow (hamstring) will both miss the match. Daniel Suluka Fifita comes in at prop and Jed Cartwright joins the bench. Eels: Sean Russell has served a suspension incurred late last year in NSW Cup and comes in on the wing for Isaac Lumelume in the only change to the 17 that faced the Storm. Winger Bailey Simonsson has been named among the reserves as he looks to return from the shoulder injury he suffered in the grand final. 

Sharks: Wade Graham heads to the judiciary on Tuesday night after pleading not guilty to a Reckless High Tackle but guilty to a Careless High Tackle. Graham's place on the bench is taken by Connor Tracey while prop Royce Hunt returns from an elbow injury on the bench. Jack Williams (head knock) is out.

Selwyn Cobbo moves to the wing after doing a fine job filling in at fullback so Jesse Arthars goes to 18th man. The forward pack is unchanged after a powerful first-up display against the premiers.

Cowboys: Stability was a hallmark of the Cowboys' success last year and 2023 is starting off in similar fashion as Todd Payten head into the Queensland derby with the same 17 that got the job done against Canberra in Round 1.

Roosters: A huge in for the Roosters with centre Joey Manu named to return from the facial fracture he suffered in the pre-season. Drew Hutchison goes back to the interchange bench and Corey Allan drops to 18th man. Fletcher Baker comes in for Matt Lodge, who has had surgery on a facial fracture suffered in Round 1. Warriors: Coach Andrew Webster has named an unchanged 17 on the back of a first-up win. Edward Kosi retains his place on the wing with Dallin Watene-Zelezniak (calf) facing a month on the sideline. Bayley Sironen is listed among the reserves as he works his way back from a knee injury while Jazz Tevaga (hernia) remains sidelined but could be good to go in Round 3.

Joe Ofahengaue has also been promoted to the starting side with Alex Twal shifting to the bench. Alex Seyfarth comes into the squad to replace Fonua Pole (knee). Back-rower Shawn Blore has been named pending concussion protocols after picking up a head knock on Sunday. Brent Naden (knee) and Tommy Talau (leg cramps) are good to go. Englishman John Bateman is still waiting in the wings.

Knights: Star centre Dane Gagai returns from a hamstring injury in a boost for the Knights and Tyson Frizell (head knock) has been named pending concussion protocols. Adam Elliott suffered a groin injury in Round 1 and his place on the bench is taken by Jack Johns. Powerful winger Greg Marzhew is listed among the reserves as he nears a return from a hip injury.

Dragons: Jack Bird has recovered from a knee injury and will start at lock but Jack de Belin (calf) remains sidelined. Skipper Ben Hunt is partnered in the halves by youngster Jayden Sullivan with veteran Moses Mbye slotting in at hooker and Jacob Liddle coming off the bench. Teenager Toby Couchman will make his NRL debut off the bench, alongside Zane Musgrove, Michael Molo and Liddle. The NRL confirmed on Tuesday that the No-Fault Stand Down Condition no longer applies to Talatau Amone and he has been added to the Dragons' extended bench.
