Cowboys: Todd Payten has named the same 17 that got the job done against the Titans. Maroons Origin reps Val Holmes, Jeremiah Nanai, Tom Dearden and Reuben Cotter have been named among the reserves and will be assessed by Cowboys medical staff upon their return to North Queensland on Thursday. Five-eighth Ben Hampton and winger Brendan Elliot stepped up against the Titans and have been named again pending the availability of Holmes and Dearden. Should Cotter back up then Heilum Luki would revert to his bench role.

Dragons: Just the one change to the team that beat the Bulldogs in round 12 with Jayden Sullivan joining the bench and Tyrell Fuimaono dropping out. Ben Hunt and Tariq Sims have been named to back up from Origin One while Jaydn Su'A (ankle) and Josh McGuire (groin) are listed among the reserves as they close in on returns from injury. Mikaele Ravalawa (hamstring) is at least another week away.

Titans: Fullback Jayden Campbell is set for a lengthy stint on the sideline with a hamstring injury so AJ Brimson takes over at fullback and Paul Turner will make his club debut at five-eighth. Winger Corey Thompson (knee) is out, replaced by Greg Marzhew, while Patrick Herbert comes into the centres for Esan Marsters.

Skipper Tino Fa'asuamaleaui has been named at lock to back up from Origin One, pushing Isaac Liu up to prop and Moeaki Fotuaika to the bench.

Rabbitohs: Cameron Murray and Jai Arrow take part in Origin on Wednesday night and have three days to get over any bumps and bruises. Tevita Tatola returns from a head knock at prop, with Mark Nicholls moving to the bench and Shaq Mitchell dropping out. Peter Mamouzelos is the new face on interchange and Blake Taaffe goes to 18th man. Taane Milne has moved to centre in a swap with Jaxson Paulo, who goes to the wing.

Latrell Mitchell's comeback from a hamstring injury has been put on hold after he tested positive to COVID on Sunday.

Storm: Nelson Asofa-Solomona is set to return from a knee injury in a boost for the Storm while Maroons hooker Harry Grant has been named to start after missing round 12 due to an adductor injury. Tui Kamikamica and Brandon Smith revert to the bench. Alec MacDonald (illness) is also back. Cameron Munster, Felise Kaufusi, Xavier Coates and Grant will have three days to recover from Origin One.

Knights: A boost for the Knights with utility Kurt Mann named to return from an ankle injury for his first game since round seven, pushing Phoenix Crossland to the reserves. Jacob Saifiti moves into the starting side to replace his brother Daniel, who is out with a knee injury. Leo Thompson comes onto the bench. Skipper Kalyn Ponga and Dane Gagai have been named to back up from Origin. Tex Hoy is listed among the reserves and could slot in at fullback should Ponga fail to come up.

Panthers: Nathan Cleary, Liam Martin, Isaah Yeo, Stephen Crichton, Brian To'o and Jarome Luai have all been named by coach Ivan Cleary to back up from Origin One. The only change to te squad that beat the Cowboys in round 12 is Matt Eisenhuth earning a spot on the bench ahead of Spencer Leniu. The likes of Sean O'Sullivan, Kurt Falls and Chris Smith are listed among the reserves and could step up if any of the Blues stars are rested or pick up an injury.

Bulldogs: Jake Averillo has been named at fullback and Corey Allan in the centres which is how they took the field last week after Allan was originally named at fullback when he replaced Matt Dufty.

Tevita Pangai is listed among the reserves and could be a late call-up after missing two games with a back injury. Luke Thompson remains sidelined after being a late withdrawal from the Panthers game suffering from delayed concussion symptoms. Dufty is listed as 18th man.

Eels: Cult hero Maika Sivo has recovered from a knee reconstruction and will play his first NRL game since round 23 last year. Sivo's return sees Waqa Blake move to the centres and Tom Opacic drop to 18th man. Centre Will Penisini suffered a head knock in round 12 but is good to go. Origin reps Ryan Matterson, Junior Paulo and Reagan Campbell-Gillard have all been named and have four days to recover from the rigours of Game One.
