Amelia is one of Wests Tigers’ new signings and joins the club on a two-year deal.
The second-rower won’t play in 2024, with the former Parramatta Eel expecting her first child in September.
The 29-year-old made her debut for the Roosters in 2020 and has played 10 NRLW games previously. Huakau is also a Tongan international representative player.
