A Fiji international, Holmes started out in the Sharks' under-18s Tarsha Gale Cup ranks, winning the title in 2018. The second-rower made her top-grade debut for the Dragons in 2020 but jumped at the chance to return to Cronulla for the club's inaugural NRLW season in 2023.
