Biography:

Samuela is an athletic and powerful forward who joined Wests Tigers on a four-year contract in 2024, after making five NRL appearances in his debut season at Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in 2023. Like younger brother Latu, Samuela was a member of the Sea Eagles unbeaten Harold Matthews Cup team in 2021 and NSW Origin Under 19s team in 2023. Fainu made his Wests Tigers debut in Round 2 against the Raiders, scoring a try.
