When it comes to winning over Sea Eagles supporters, Nathan Brown has done just that and more.
A player known for his aggressive style of play, Brown went from being ‘sprayed’ as an opposition forward to quickly becoming a fan favourite, such was the almighty impact he made at Manly in his first season at the club in 2024.
Brown was even christened with the nick-name of ‘Back Fence Browny’, such was the excitement and passion generated by Manly fans over his barnstorming runs from restarts.
For all his toughness, Brown is as humble as it gets after accepting a train and trial offer to come to Manly to re-ignite his NRL career.
Brown was rewarded for his superb season at Manly with a new contract that keeps him at the Sea Eagles until the end of 2026.
