An all too familiar tale for Wests Tigers last week with plenty of effort but nothing to show for it as they went down 16-12 to the Raiders.
That's five consecutive losses for Benji Marshall's men, the last three of those by four points, and they are now precariously placed in 14th on the ladder.
The Sea Eagles, meanwhile, are coming off a bye and desperate to find some consistency in the run home after going W-L-W-L-W-L-L in their past seven matches.
After winning their first three home games against the Cowboys, Raiders and Eels, men from the northern beaches have lost three of their past four at 4 Pines and need to turn Brookvale into a fortress again if they are to challenge for a finals spot.

Team News
Sea Eagles: Jason Saab has come into the side on Thursday after Tommy Talau withdrew due to hamstring tightness. Tom Trbojevic has been moved to centre and Lehi Hopoate will play fullback in a major positional switch and Reuben Garrick goes out to the wing. The loss of Haumole Olakau'atu (shoulder) brings Corey Waddell into the starting side while veteran Matt Lodge is back in the pack. Jazz Tevaga starts at hooker and Jake Simpkin joins the bench with Lachlan Croker in the concussion protocols after suffering a head knock at training on Tuesday. Michael Chee Kam is 18th man. There are no late changes.
Wests Tigers: Star playmaker Jarome Luai has been ruled out due to infection so Api Koroisau moves to the halves and Tallyn De Silva starts at hooker. Heath Mason takes over at fullback from Jahream Bula, who faces four weeks out with a hamstring injury. Luke Laulilii has been promoted to the bench. Charlie Murray is the new 18th player in the late team update.
