The Dolphins are the hottest team in the NRL right now and they'll be looking to continue the momentum that has seen them pile on 158 points in their past three matches.

After losing their first four games the Dolphins have turned things around in a big way to win seven of their past 10, including consecutive 10-try romps against the Dragons and Cowboys.

At the other end of the attacking scale the Knights have managed just 13 points per game in 2025 as they continue to search for a settled halves combination to steer the ship.

They did beat the Dolphins 26-12 back in Round 2 with Fletcher Sharpe and Jack Cogger calling the shots and those two men will again take charge in Perth on Saturday as they look to bounce back from a tough loss to the Roosters.

Team News

Dolphins: Ray Stone comes into the starting side an hour before kick-off with Mark Nicholls going to the bench. Aublix Tawha has also been added to the bench for his NRL debut. Maroons star Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow remained in Perth after Origin and will back up. Tabuai-Fidow's return will see Jake Averillo shift to the centres, with Max Feagai dropping back to the reserves. Young gun Isaiya Katoa will captain the side for the first time.

Knights: Kalyn Ponga will also remain in Perth to link up with the Knights. The fullback has been battling an ankle injury in recent weeks but coach Adam O'Brien said he would play against the Dolphins after being rested in the match following Origin I. Fletcher Sharpe has been named at five-eighth after missing last week's game with a calf injury but will line up this weekend. Newcastle have also received a major boost with Bradman Best on track to complete his comeback from a hamstring injury while Dom Young comes straight into the side in his first game since departing the Roosters.
