Dragons: Powerhouse winger Christian Tuipulotu is back from a hamstring injury and takes over from Corey Allan (hamstring). The season-ending knee injury to Dylan Egan sees Luciano Leilua promoted to start and Toby Couchman join the bench in his return from a shoulder injury. Kyle Flanagan will line up at halfback with Lyhkan King-Togia named at five-eighth. Emre Guler has been listed as 18th man as he closes in on a return from a shoulder injury suffered in Round 9.

Knights: Kalyn Ponga has been named to back up from the Origin opener with Fletcher Sharpe going back to five-eighth and Tyson Gamble to halfback. Prop Leo Thompson is back after missing the Panthers game due to illness so Brodie Jones reverts to the bench. With Adam Elliott (biceps) sidelined, Mat Croker will start at lock and Jack Hetherington is recalled on the bench.

Titans: Coach Des Hasler again shuffles his backline with Jaylan de Groot at fullback, AJ Brimson five-eighth, Kieran Foran on the bench and Brian Kelly coming in at centre for Tony Francis. Maroons stars Beau Fermor, Moeaki Fotuaika and Tino Fa'asuamaleaui are named to back up while Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui is listed among the reserves as he looks to return from a concussion.

Storm: Origin reps Harry Grant, Cameron Munster and Trent Loiero have been named to play should they come through Game One unscathed. Bronson Garlick has been promoted to the bench after filling the 18th man role in Round 11. Centre Jack Howarth has been named among the reserves as he nears a return from a dislocated shoulder suffered in Round 7.

Cowboys: Maroons trio Tom Dearden, Jeremiah Nanai and Reuben Cotter and Blues hooker Reece Robson have all been named in the starting side while Jaxson Paulo comes in for his first game as a Cowboy with Murray Taulagi (calf) sidelined. Sam McIntyre moves to prop and Coen Hess to the bench with Cotter coming in at lock after missing the loss with Manly due to suspension. Thomas Mikaele is the man to make way although he could earn a recall should Nanai or Cotter fail to back up after Origin One.

Wests Tigers: Five-eighth Lachlan Galvin has been replaced by Heath Mason in the only change to the side that went down to the Rabbitohs before the bye. The club said on Tuesday they had made a decision to not select Galvin in any grade and also excused from training commitments this week. Back-rower Samuela Fainu is good to go despite suffering a knee injury against Souths but Fonua Pole (knee) remains sidelined.

Sea Eagles: Lehi Hopoate has been named at fullback with Tom Trbojevic sidelined by a corked thigh. Tommy Talau comes in on the wing in his return from a hamstring injury. Skipper Daly Cherry-Evans is named to back up from Origin so Jake Arthur goes back to the reserves. A double boost in the pack with Josh Aloiai (shoulder) and Ben Trbojevic (illness) returning. Siosiua Taukeiaho is out with a calf injury and Jake Trbojevic is being given another week to recover from the concussion he suffered in Round 11.

Broncos: Star forwards Pat Carrigan and Payne Haas have been named to back up for their club three days after the Origin opener. Jesse Arthars makes the switch to fullback and Selwyn Cobbo goes back to the wing after four games in the No.1 jersey. Ben Te Kura comes in on the bench in place of Fletcher Baker who drops to the reserves.

Rabbitohs: Just the one change to the side that got the job done against Wests Tigers ahead of the bye with Sean Keppie joining the bench in place of Liam Le Blanc, who is listed as 18th man. Superstar fullback Latrell Mitchell has been named to back up from Origin One but Fletcher Myers is among the reserves should a change be required later in the week.

Warriors: James Fisher-Harris returns from suspension and centre Rocco Berry (hamstring) is also back on deck. Mitch Barnett has been named to back up from Origin One. Leka Halasima goes back to the bench after starting against the Raiders and Jacob Laban moves to 18th man.

Panthers: The return of their Origin reps Dylan Edwards, Brian To'o, Nathan Cleary, Isaah Yeo and Liam Martin is a huge boost should they all be right to back up. Back-rower Scott Sorensen's return from suspension sees Izack Tago return to his favoured centre position. Harrison Hassett keeps his place on the bench after a strong debut against the Knights. Forward Liam Henry is serving a two-game ban for a crusher tackle. Daine Laurie and Paul Alamoti have dropped to the reserves and Brad Schneider.

Eels: With Mitch Moses and Zac Lomax returning from Origin duty, Dean Hawkins goes to the reserves and Sean Russell slides from wing to centre to replace Will Penisini (concussion). Youngster Joash Papalii retains his place on the bench after an impressive debut against the Sea Eagles.

Roosters: Provided they emerge from the Origin opener with a clean bill of health then Lindsay Collins, Spencer Leniu, Connor Watson, Rob Toia and Angus Crichton are set to back up on Sunday. Salesi Foketi and Egan Butcher go back to the bench after starting last week while Dom Young goes to 18th man and Makahesi Makatoa and Benaiah Ioelu drop to the reserves.

Raiders: After 12 games off the bench, Owen Pattie will start this week in place of suspended hooker Tom Starling. Back-rower Hudson Young comes back in after missing the win over the Warriors on Origin duty so Simi Sasagi reverts to the bench and Noah Martin makes way. Danny Levi has been added to the interchange as back-up hooker in his first NRL game of the season.
