Ampol State of Origin Game 1: All you need to know
Game One of the 2025 Ampol State of Origin series kicks off on Wednesday, May 28 at Suncorp Stadium, with the NSW Blues looking to kick off their title defence in style in enemy territory.
The Blues took last year's series 2-1 under Michael Maguire and go into the 2025 series with a new coach in Laurie Daley and Bulldogs prop Max King the sole debutant.
The Maroons are again led by Daly Cherry-Evans and Billy Slater as they chase redemption for a loss on home soil in last year's series decider.
