Knights: Centre Dane Gagai is set for his 300th NRL game and will line up in the backline alongside 20-year-old debutant Fletcher Hunt after Greg Marzhew was ruled out with a knee injury. Leo Thompson will also miss Friday's clash after a head knock, with Tyson Frizell shifting to the front row as a result. The reshuffle has seen Adam Elliott added to the starting side and Thomas Cant come on to the bench. Jack Hetherington has been listed as 18th man in his bid to return from a shoulder injury. 

Eels: Zac Lomax is set to make his return from a foot injury that has sidelined him since Round 5. The winger will have one game to play his way into a NSW State of Origin jumper. Lomax's return is a straight swap with Bailey Simonsson who picked up a foot injury last weekend. Coach Jason Ryles has made one change to his forward pack, with back-rower Matt Doorey added to the starting side at the expense of Charlie Guymer, who has not been named in the squad. Toni Mataele is the new man on the bench and is in line for his NRL debut.

Bulldogs: Just one change for the competition leaders after Jaeman Salmon suffered an ankle injury in last week's victory over the Raiders. Harry Hayes comes into the starting side and youngster Luke Smith is in line for an NRL debut off the bench. 

Roosters: Lindsay Collins will have one game to prove his fitness for a Queensland State of Origin call up after he was named on the interchange. The representative forward has not played since he suffered a knee injury in Round 5. No other changes for the Roosters after they enjoyed the bye last week.

Dolphins: No changes to the squad that held on to defeat Parramatta last week, with just one minor reshuffle in the forward pack. Ray Stone and Tom Gilbert have switched roles, with Stone to start at lock and Gilbert at second row. Sean O'Sullivan has again been listed as 18th man.

Warriors: James Fisher-Harris is set to return from a pectoral injury and has been named at prop while winger Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will be given every chance to prove his fitness for Saturday's match after being listed in the reserves. Bunty Afoa started at prop last week but drops out of the squad while Jackson Ford has been ruled out after suffering a concussion in the victory over the Dragons. Youngster Sam Healey joins the bench for his second NRL game having debuted in Round 9 against the Cowboys.

Cowboys: Young gun Jaxon Purdue has shifted from centre to five-eighth in a major shake up to the North Queensland attack, with Tom Dearden to play halfback. Zac Laybutt comes into the centres and is set for his first NRL match since tearing his ACL in Round 5 last year. No other changes for the Cowboys, with Jake Clifford the 18th man.

Sea Eagles: Jake Trbojevic has returned to his primary position of lock as he looks to play his way back into a NSW jumper. The shuffle has seen Jazz Tevaga move back to hooker, with Ethan Bullemor to start at prop and Jake Simpkin shifting to the bench. Caleb Navale has also been added to the interchange in place of Clayton Faulalo while prop Matthew Lodge is now available for selection and has been listed in the reserves.

Sharks: Sifa Talakai is on track to make his return from a concussion and has been named on the interchange while Teig Wilton remains a chance of completing his comeback from a shoulder injury after being listed in the reserves. Talakai has replaced Tom Hazelton, who succumbs to a sternum injury suffered last weekend, with prop Oregon Kaufusi returning to the starting side as a result. 

Storm: Captain Harry Grant has been listed in the reserves as he seeks to return from a hamstring injury and prove his fitness for the Origin opener. Just one change to the 17 that dismantled the Wests Tigers last week, with Tui Kamikamica named on the bench and Nelson Asofa-Solomona reverting to the reserves.

Broncos: Ezra Mam is set to play his first game of the NRL season and replaces veteran five-eighth Ben Hunt, who injured his hamstring last weekend. Just one other change to the team that fell to South Sydney last week with Xavier Willison named in the back row and Brendan Piakura on the bench, however they could switch on game day as they did last week. 

Dragons: A shoulder injury to Toby Couchman has seen Jack de Belin come into the starting side, with Blake Lawrie the new face on the bench. Dylan Egan has been named in the back row and Luciano Leilua on the interchange but the duo could trade places on game day, as they did last week.
