Eels: Matt Doorey has been added to the bench in place of Sam Tuivaiti in the only change from last week. Tuivaiti suffered syndesmosis injury during Magic Round and will undergo surgery this week. Hooker Brendan Hands is listed among the reserves as he closes in on a return from a knee injury. No changes in Wednesday's 24-hour update with Joash Papalii and Toni Mataele remaining in the squad when it was trimmed to 19.

Dolphins: A double boost in the forwards with Felise Kaufusi (knee) and Kurt Donoghoe (ankle) back on deck. Mark Nicholls reverts to the bench and Oryn Keeley drops to the reserves. Jeremy Marshall-King will miss the game due to complications related to a cut received earlier this season. Harrison Graham is 18th man. No changes in Wednesday's 24-hour update.

Knights: Coach Adam O'Brien goes with the same squad that snapped a five-game losing streak at Magic Round. Tyson Gamble is listed among the reserves after returning from a broken nose in NSW Cup last weekend while Thomas Cant is again the 18th man.

Titans: Winger Jojo Fifita is back on deck after missing Magic Round due to an arm infection while Jayden Campbell (syndesmosis) also returns to take over at halfback from Tom Weaver (concussion). Campbell's return a couple of weeks ahead of schedule is a timely boost for the Titans, who have lost five on the trot. Back-rower David Fifita is unavailable for a recall as he seeks further medical advice for an ongoing ankle complaint.

Rabbitohs: Latrell Mitchell will captain the side from fullback in his return from suspension while halfback Jamie Humphreys (hamstring) is also back on deck. Siliva Havili lines up at hooker with Peter Mamouzelos nursing an elbow injury. Jye Gray has been named on the bench despite leaving the field early last Saturday with a corked quad. Fletcher Myers comes into the starting side on the wing with Isaiah Taas shifting to centre and Euan Aitken to the second row. Jai Arrow goes from lock to prop and Tevita Tatola drops to 18th man. Keaon Koloamatangi has also been named in the front row with Sean Keppie sliding to the bench. Josh Schuster has played the past four games in NSW Cup and is listed among the reserves as he chases a first NRL appearance since late 2023.

Broncos: Five-eighth Ezra Mam has completed the nine-game suspension imposed by the NRL but will return through Queensland Cup with Ben Hunt again set to partner Adam Reynolds in the halves. A change on the bench with Fletcher Baker returning from a knee injury to replace Jaiyden Hunt, who drops to the reserves.
