The return of a big gun from injury and emergence of some high-performing forwards means there are no shortage of trade targets for coaches ahead of Round 7.

It's been an action-packed Team List Tuesday across the board, with plenty to consider on the Fantasy front as well.

NRL Fantasy teams analysis: Round 7

Sea Eagles v Dragons, Thursday at 4 Pines Park

Sea Eagles: Jason Saab returns on the wing and bumps Clayton Faulalo out of the side after his last-up score of 53. Daly Cherry-Evans is the only Sea Eagle who has averaged 50 or more over the past three games. A run at fullback, where typically Fantasy scores are higher due to involvement levels, hasn't been good to Lehi Hopoate, with the $516k WFB struggling to a score of just 25 last week.

Dragons: In-form WFB Christian Tuipulotu is out with a hamstring injury and now becomes a sell in Classic leagues due to his $549k price tag, but a hold in Draft leagues. DPP forward Toby Couchman is proving to be a points per minute machine and has been a heavily traded in player in recent days. Impressive rookie EDG Dylan Egan is now averaging 55.7 per game and is approaching 30 percent ownership. This week he's still available for just $402k.

Bulldogs v Rabbitohs, Friday at Accor Stadium

Bulldogs: On the back of a Round 6 bye Matt Burton (knee) returns to the halves, which might result in Toby Sexton's scores dropping a bit, but it potentially provides a boost to some of Canterbury-Bankstown's backline talent like Jacob Kiraz. Speaking of Jacobs, Bulldogs EDG Jacob Preston has been in devastating touch in recent weeks and has a 64.3 point L3 (last three game) average.

Rabbitohs: After running up 63 points in the position last week, Latrell Mitchell (WFB, $776k) gets another go at five-eighth, with Cody Walker his halves partner this time around. Jye Gray continues to produce keeper scores and has a season average of 50, while popular HOK Peter Mamouzelos had 55 last week and is performing exactly how we'd hoped he would ahead of the 2025 season. Cash cow Lachlan Hubner still has plenty of money to make, with a break even of 6 and a season average of 42.8.

Dolphins v Storm, Friday at Suncorp Stadium

Dolphins: There's been big movement on Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow this week following a 91-point showing in Round 6, which included scoring three tries. Max Plath at lock looks a winning formula for owners, with a 50 last week that came solely from tackles (46 points) and run metres (four points). If you haven't already moved on from Tom Gilbert, it's time to this week. The $553k MID/EDG has been moved out to the second row and looks like he will struggle to hit 40 points on a consistent basis.

Storm: Ryan Papenhuyzen's 56 last week was his second-best score of the year and projections have him hitting 47 in Round 7 against the Dolphins. Jahrome Hughes is named to play despite suffering a shoulder scare against the Warriors which saw him rested as a precaution. Cameron Munster (HLF, $578k) is still falling just short of producing keeper-level scores, with just two games that saw him score over 50 points so far this season. Jack Howarth has shown enough to suggest he's worth sticking with for a bit longer, with a 44 in Round 6 being his best score since the Storm's season opener when he had 60.

Warriors v Broncos, Saturday at Go Media Stadium

Warriors: James Fisher-Harris is out due to the pectoral injury he suffered last week. Pending an official update, the high-performing MID looks a sell if he's going to miss anything more than a couple of weeks. Thanks to his DPP status as both a MID and HOK, Erin Clark ($539k) is close to becoming a player of interest, with a L3 average of 50.7 which includes a 62 last-up against the Storm. Considering the nature of their loss in Melbourne last Sunday, a 42 for Luke Metcalf can be considered a win for owners, while Wayde Egan continues to be a keeper and the club's top performing Fantasy player. Exciting young EDG Leka Halasima, who sits in almost 11 percent of teams, gets a start in the second row, with Kurt Capewell shifting out to the centres.

Broncos: Payne Haas has come back to the pack a little after his out-of-this world opening month, with back-to-back scores under 60. Although he's no longer an unquestionable captaincy pick, he remains an elite option who can and will win you head-to-head games and propel you above opponents. Reece Walsh had a score in the 40s for just the second time in 2025 last week, but the fact that he only managed 42 on a day in which he scored a try, saved one and set one up is a concern in itself. Despite scoring 31 last week, Jack Gosiewski (EDG, $301k), who sits out this week suspended, still isn't worth enough to justify a trade to get him out of your squad.

Roosters v Panthers, Saturday at Allianz Stadium

Roosters: Popular CTR Mark Nawaqanitawase's return to the side is great news for backline-needy teams who had him as a red dot last week. Veteran fullback James Tedesco shapes as a nice little POD at WFB, with under five percent ownership right now and a L3 average of 54.7. HLF Hugo Savala had 33 last week but is still likely to lose money after Round 7 due to facing a break even of 50. Those wanting to take full advantage of the cash Sandon Smith has made ($168k year to date) will probably need to look at offloading him within the next fortnight.

Panthers: Cash cow Jack Cole looks to have lost his spot in the side to Blaize Talagi (WFB, $459k), which would make him a definite sell this week for those still holding him on the back of his rest under the HIA protocols in Round 6. Lindsay Smith, who had 67 last week and is averaging 55.5 across the season, is still a bit underpriced at $684k. $379k WFB Thomas Jenkins still has money to make this week, and maybe next, and is a hold.

Titans v Raiders, Sunday at Cbus Super Stadium

Titans: If you think David Fifita has turned the corner in 2025 and is about to become a keeper at EDG then this is the week to get him, with a break even of 22 meaning he's likely to shoot up over the $700k mark in value after the clash against the Raiders. Jayden Campbell continues to be an excellent Fantasy player and rewarded owners with a 76-point showing last up which takes his season average to 62.6. The wheels have fallen off for Beau Fermor in a Fantasy sense and he's scored a total of just 50 points in his last two appearances.

Raiders: You can expect Joseph Tapine to be one of the most traded in players this week on the back of him averaging 71.3 over his past three games. At $767k, Tapine is relatively cheap and at this stage owned by only 3.4 percent of teams. Speaking of high-performing forwards, Hudson Young is now the top EDG by season average (61.7) and has a L3 average of 63.3. Savelio Tamale is a hold despite a last-up 21, with the potential for 40+ scores still very much there and his DPP status as a CTR and WFB set to make him a handy player over the Origin period.

Knights v Sharks, Sunday at McDonald Jones Stadium

Knights: Fantasy owners desperately need Newcastle to rediscover their attacking mojo, with highly-owned WFBs Kalyn Ponga, Fletcher Sharpe and Greg Marzhew all struggling as a result of the team failing to find the try-line on a regular basis. Ponga in particular is hemorrhaging money right now, with $60k slashed off his price tag following last week's 27. Thomas Cant continues to star for those who picked him up, with a 60.7 average across his games this season and another start or two coming his way before Dylan Lucas returns from injury.

Sharks: Addin Fonua-Blake is named to play despite picking up a groin injury against the Sea Eagles last week, which contributed to him registering only 47 points. HLF Nicho Hynes ($739k) has crept up to seven percent ownership after dropping in price rapidly through the opening month or so.

Wests Tigers v Eels, Monday at CommBank Stadium

Wests Tigers: The banishing of Lachlan Galvin from the NRL side, following news he won't be with the club beyond 2026, leaves the four percent who own him in a tough spot. With the HLF worth $641k, it's far too much to sit on for more than a week or so. Who knows what happens from here, but in any case Galvin is probably an urgent sell. On the other side of it, the man who replaces him in the halves, Adam Doueihi, now becomes an intriguing prospect who is available for $484k and eligible to play both HLF and CTR in Fantasy. Terrell May was spectacular again in Round 6, scoring 83 from 70 minutes, and he'll be a hugely popular captaincy choice again this week. Star To'a (CTR, $494k) has ended up being an inspired pick up for those who got on him a few weeks ago, with a 48.6-point average to his name.

Eels: Mitchell Moses is back on deck after missing the first six weeks with a foot injury. With a break even of 53 this week, potential owners may be able to hold off until Round 8 to see how he returns, but it's likely Moses will soon enter the elite HLF discussion and shoot up in price. A 57 in Round 6 is further evidence of Kitione Kautoga delivering big time as a CTR-eligible forward, with close to 20 percent of teams now having him on their roster. J'maine Hopgood again suffered under the new-look role coach Jason Ryles has him playing, and with a break even of 68 this week he is becoming an urgent sell candidate.
