With halfback Adam Reynolds declared fit to play against the Roosters, Ben Hunt is hoping the experienced duo can continue to develop their blossoming partnership.
Hunt and Reynolds will once again square off against a halves pairing still finding their feet in the NRL, with three-gamer Hugo Savala called up to guide the Roosters around the field alongside Sandon Smith in his 35th game.
In Round 5, the Broncos proved too strong for a gutsy Wests Tigers who had youngsters Lachlan Galvin and Latu Fainu steering the ship, with 291-gamer Reynolds showing his class to turn the game before leaving the field with a hamstring issue.
“Looking forward to playing with him again,” said Hunt, who lines up for career game No.340 on Saturday night.

Reynolds off with suspected hamstring injury
“His leadership and direction, he's playing on the ball, he's in the middle of the field all the time, he's getting our forwards around.
"His kicking game’s I reckon the best in the league and really it's just his leadership and control I think that's the biggest thing.
“He did miss a large chunk of the pre-season, so we sort of started off a bit on the back foot, but I think we're where we need to be.
“There's still room for growth, but I think with how we're combining together and letting him do his thing and I worry about my job, I think it's working pretty well.”

After a mixed bag of performances to start the season, Hunt said he was also impressed to see the improvements in the game of Reece Walsh as well, with the fullback beginning to find his feet.
“I think control's probably the perfect word for him, he's been working extremely hard, mostly on his defence and getting our numbers right and getting into tackles when he has to, and he knows that,” Hunt said.
“He's got the attack side of things, but he just wanted to work on that, and I think he's been excellent for us, he's doing everything that Madge (coach Michael Maguire) is asking of him and his game will just keep building.
“I definitely know he's working on variation and different things he can add to his game… I think he can offer a lot still and his best footy for this year is still ahead of him.
“He'll just keep working hard and he'll come up with different things where he can inject himself.
“There's definitely some room for growth there for sure (with regards to combining with the halves).
“I guess the way we're playing, we're a little bit separate on different sides of the field, but we've got some opportunities where we do come together and play a bit, so it's something that we've been working on pretty hard and it'll just keep growing.
“You always keep a few things in your back pocket for certain games and things like that, so we'll just keep tinkering away and working on things.”

First look: Broncos v Roosters
Having already soundly beaten the Roosters in Round 1, the Broncos will host a new-look Chooks at Suncorp Stadium, with Hunt wary of what they might bring coming off a close loss to the Rabbitohs.
“We obviously had a good win against them a bit earlier in the year, but they've improved a lot since then and I think it's going to be a big challenge,” Hunt said.
Maguire went even further, saying “it’s probably one of the hardest games” the Broncos will play.
“That's how I want to make sure that we look at games, every game,” Maguire said.
“You look at the Roosters after Round 1 and then you go into Round 2, they beat the four-time premiers.
“Every game, you've got to be turning up each week.
“That's right in front of us now, so we're going to turn up at our best and we've got a lot of improvement in us, which I won't share where I see the improvements, but to progress to where we want to get to and be seen as one of the teams that we've identified ourselves that we want to be.
“We've got a lot of improving in us."
