The Sea Eagles will look to overcome the loss of Tom Trbojevic when they renew hostilities with fierce rivals Melbourne at 4 Pines Park.
The star fullback injured his knee last weekend and is facing four weeks on the sidelines in a major blow for coach Anthony Seibold.
The Sea Eagles have taken flight in the past two rounds and will be hoping to continue soaring with a victory over Melbourne.
The Storm suffered a shock loss to St George Illawarra in Round 4 and coach Craig Bellamy has called for an immediate reaction.
The two teams engaged in some epic battles throughout the 2000s and 2010s, and Sunday afternoon's clash promises to be another high-quality contest between two premiership contenders.
Manly have held the recent edge, winning three of the past four against Melbourne and the Storm have not prevailed at 4 Pines Park since 2020, however they are determined to turn that around on Sunday.

Team News
Sea Eagles: Toafofoa Sipley has been added to the starting side in Sunday's final team update, with Nathan Brown shifting to the bench. Aaron Schoupp remains in the squad as 18th man. Lehi Hopoate is set to start at fullback after Tom Trbojevic succumbed to a knee injury, with Clayton Faulalo coming into the side on the wing. Josh Aloiai has also been ruled out with a shoulder injury.
Storm: Former New Zealand rugby star Moses Leo will make his NRL debut after being added to the side on game day. The speedster will start at centre, with Grant Anderson shifting to the wing and Tyran Wishart moving to the bench. The reshuffle means Lazarus Va’alepu will revert to 18th man. Dally M Medallist Jahrome Hughes makes a shock early return from a fractured hand just two weeks after suffering the injury. Hughes was added to the starting side 24 hours out from kick-off with Tyran Wishart initially moving to the wing to replace Will Warbrick (concussion) before Sunday's reshuffle.
