22 min: Corey Horsburgh is off to the sin bin! The towering forward is pinged for not being square at marker as the Raiders defended up against their own line.

19 min: Manly have had most of the running here and forced their opponents to make double their 60 tackles so far, but have no score to show for it.
5 min: Ben Trbojevic ends up getting over the line following the ball bouncing between hands, but on review it's found the Sea Eagles knocked on in the lead up.

Eels: Round 3
Next week: Both sides are on the road in Round 4, with the Bulldogs taking on the Sharks on Saturday and the Eels heading to 4 Pines Park for a clash with the Sea Eagles on Sunday.
Full-time: The Bulldogs remain perfect so far in 2025 after outlasting the Eels in a scrappy affair. Young forward Harry Hayes was among their best, with 13 carries for 11 metres, while Bailey Hayward was solid in the halves.
79 min: Kitione Kautoga hangs out an arm and tackles Stephen Crichton off the ball on a kick chase. That gifts the Bulldogs with an easy two and the chance to run the final seconds off the clock.
74 min: Jaeman Salmon is called for an escorts penalty, which the Bulldogs try unsuccessfully to overturn. But Cameron Ciraldo's side stand tall in defence and regain possession.
66 min: The Eels survive after Isaiah Iongi spills a ball right on his own line. The referee goes upstairs to check on interference on Bronson Xerri a few plays later, which is later cleared, and a penalty is given instead to Parramatta for Sitili Tupouniua being offside.
60 min: Most of the key statistics have now levelled out, including possession being level at 50-50 and number of tackles made almost the same as well (280 v 276).
59 min: Kitione Kautoga leaves the field for a HIA following an accidental collision with Josh Curran.

Josh Addo-Carr Try
47 min: Josh Addo-Carr flies over for his first try as an Eel after receiving a nice ball from rookie fullback Isaiah Iongi. It followed a break from the Eels down the other side which resulted in Connor Tracey catching Jordan Samrani high and ending up on report. Zac Lomax can't convert from the sideline, so the gap is six.
44 min: Jack Williams goes on report for a dangerous tackle. The ensuing penalty puts the Eels under pressure, but the Bulldogs cough up an error to give up possession.
Half-time: The away side hold a 10-point lead at the end of an opening 40 minutes in which they completed at 86 percent.

Curran on that penalty
38 min: The Eels can't take advantage of a set which starts deep inside opposition territory. It came after referee Wyatt Raymond pinged a Bulldogs player for calling a Parramatta player offside (effectively impersonating the referee).
34 min: A Parramatta error gifts the Bulldogs with good field position and straight away they turn it into a third try. Winger Blake Wilson blitzes them down the sideline then produces a stunning diving finish.
29 min: Eels big man Junior Paulo has passed his HIA and is free to return to the contest.

16 min: The Eels soak up a prolonged period of pressure and survive, after the Bulldogs fire a wayward ball out to Blake Wilson which is knocked on.
12 min: Parramatta create an overlap down the right, but Jordan Samrani can't bring the ball in, resulting in his side's third error of the game so far.

The Foxx is back!
Late Mail
No further changes an hour out from kick-off, following a flurry of switch ups from coach Jason Ryles between Tuesday and Sunday. Josh Addo-Carr will now make his Eels debut against his former Bulldogs teammates, while Joey Lussick starts at hooker in place of Brendan Hands. Former Rabbitoh Dean Hawkins is the new No.7 after Ronald Volkman paid the price for the club's 0-2 start.
A late re-shuffle in the pack sees Jaeman Salmon move from lock to the second row, which bumps Sitili Tupouniua back to the bench. Daniel Suluka-Fifita starts at lock, with Joseph O'Neill the replacement player. Bailey Hayward starts at five-eighth for the first time in his NRL career after Matt Burton was ruled out with a knee injury. Viliame Kikau will also miss the clash.
