The VB Hard Earned award is back for 2025 with the NRL’s hardest-working players once again being recognised for their individual efforts in each match of this year's Telstra Premiership.

The index will reward players who rack up the most runs, tackles, supports, decoys, offloads, charge-downs, line engagements and tackle-breaks in each game of the round.

Players are given an index score based on their output and the highest-scoring players in each position make the Team of the Week.

In 2024, Panthers skipper Isaah Yeo topped the charts with 1837 Hard Index Points from Addin Fonua-Blake (1805) and Joseph Tapine (1732).

The Sharks provided both centres in the Team of the Year (Iro and Ramien) while the Storm also had two representatives in Jahrome Hughes and Eli Katoa as did the Raiders with Joseph Tapine and Hudson Young.
