PM's XIII matches to be shown live and free across the Pacific

Sunday's annual men's and women's Australian Prime Minister's XIII matches against their PNG Prime Minister's XIII counterparts will be broadcast live and free across the Pacific, via PacificAus TV.

With rugby league being the No.1 sport in the Pacific, the men's and women's Prime Minister's XIII matches at Santos Stadium in Port Moresby will be available on free-to-air television to fans in 11 Pacific nations.

The earlier matches, in which the Australian Schoolboys and Schoolgirls teams will play the Junior Kumuls and Junior Orchids, will also be shown via PacificAus TV on delay.

The Australian men’s PM's XIII is coached by Kangaroos legend Brad Fittler and features some of the most promising talent in the game, including Wests Tigers five-eighth Lachlan Galvin, Storm utility Tyran Wishart and Titans winger Alofiana Khan-Pereira, who was the NRL’s top try scorer of 2024.

The team will be captained by Dragons-bound former Kangaroos and NSW hooker Damien Cook.

The Women’s Prime Minister’s XIII will be captained by Jillaroos great Kezie Apps, who plays for Wests Tigers, and will also feature Titans stars Jaime Chapman and Lauren Brown and Dragons speedster Teagan Berry.

The women's match kicks off at 1pm local time (2pm AEDST), with the men's fixture to follow at 3.05pm (4.05pm AEDST).
