The NRLW Semi-Finals will be held across two states after Minor Premiers Brisbane Broncos and Sydney Roosters secured home finals in the NRL Telstra Women’s Premiership.
The NRL today confirmed the times and venues for NRLW semi-finals, featuring:
- Brisbane Broncos (1) v Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks (4) at Totally Workwear Stadium on Sunday afternoon at 2:05 pm (September 29)
- Sydney Roosters (2) v Newcastle Knights (3) at Allianz Stadium on Sunday afternoon at 4:15pm (September 29)
NRL Chief Executive Andrew Abdo said the competition produced high quality entertaining football.
“The final make-up of the semi-finals came down to the final match of the regular season,” Mr Abdo said.
“This has been a highly competitive and intense NRLW season, with 15 matches decided by 6 points or less.
“There has been unmatched speed, skill, power and intensity during the nine unmissable rounds.
“The semi-finals will go to the next level with the top four teams all evenly poised for Grand Final glory.”
NRL and NRLW Club Members (ticketed and non-ticketed) can purchase tickets from $5 for NRLW Finals. General Public tickets will be available from $10, while children under 18 years of age will be free with a paying adult.
