Cowboys: Lillian Arrow will miss the last game of the season after coming off the field in the first half of North Queensland's loss to the Roosters with a leg injury, pushing Tallisha Harden into the starting side. Other changes see Krystal Blackwell return on the wing, with Vitalina Naikore reverting to the extended reserves. Shellie Long slots into the second row with Tiana Raftstrand-Smith not named after she suffered a concussion in last weekend’s clash with the Roosters. Last week's debutant Jazmon Tupou-Witchman is the new 18th player this week, while other changes on the bench see Sareka Mooka and Libby Surha return to the 17.
Knights: An ankle injury to Nita Maynard sees last week's 18th player Evie Jones come onto the interchange bench in her place in the only change to last week's successful team. Young back Lilly-Ann White is named as the new replacement player. The Knights will be targeting to win to confirm their place in the finals, with the Eels nipping at their heels in fifth place on the ladder.

Eels: After holding on against the Raiders last round, the Eels have named an unchanged side for their must-win game against the Roosters. Parramatta sit just outside the top four and need a win to be a chance of playing semi-finals next week.
Roosters: The Roosters have been forced into a reshuffle of their forwards following the suspension of Eliza Lopamaua, with Amber Hall promoted from the bench to start in the second row. Millie Elliott will also start this week after returning via the bench last round, with Pani Hopoate moving to the bench. Mya Hill-Moana is the new face on the bench after sitting out last week due to concussion protocols. Skipper Isabelle Kelly has also be named after failing to finish last week with an ankle issue. Tarryn Aiken has also been included in the extended reserves as she works her way towards a return from a shoulder injury.
