Eels v Dragons: Tui to make first appearance; Law to return
The Parramatta Eels are looking to climb inside the NRLW top four while St George Illawarra are eager to start a late push for a finals berth when the two teams face off on Saturday afternoon.
The match will be the first of a double-header at CommBank Stadium, with the Eels and Dragons to clash in an NRL match immediately after that will have significant post-season implications for the visitors.
That, however, won't be top of mind for St George Illawarra NRLW coach Jamie Soward as he looks to kickstart his side's campaign.
There have been flashes of brilliance from the young team but they have struggled to consistently produce their best in a season featuring just one win so far.
Soward has stressed the importance of developing the emerging stars within the Dragons squad and he hopes to see them take a big leap forward on Saturday.
Parramatta have made significant strides throughout their 2024 campaign, winning three games from the first six rounds after claiming just one victory last year.
The Eels suffered a 36-16 loss to the Knights last Saturday and they're eager to return to form at CommBank Stadium this weekend.
With six teams level on six competition points, a victory could see them finish the weekend inside the top four.

Eels: Parramatta have made the one change to their team for this week's match up against the Dragons, with Lindsay Tui in line to make her first appearance of the season, coming onto the bench in place of Tafoa Asaua. The centre has previously represented Samoa and the New South Wales Under 19 team.
Dragons: Bobbi Law is back at centre for this match which will see the Dragons don special Indigenous jerseys. Originally named last week alongside Tyla King, both did not play, with Law sitting out with a laceration. King remains unnamed this week. Zali Hopkins is named to play at hooker with Kasey Reh at five-eighth, but the duo swapped their roles last round. Shenai Lendill, who was in the centres last round, returns to the second row, while Leio Fotu-Moala comes in on the wing in place of last week's debutant Maria Paseka who is out with a head knock. Sophie Clancy and Tayla Curtis are the new faces on the bench, with forwards Charlotte Basham, Kaarla Cowan and Bronte Wilson into the reserves. Jordyn Preston is the new replacement player.
