Titans: After making her injury return from the bench last week, Sienna Lofipo will start at five-eighth in place of Taliah Fuimaono who will serve a two-match ban for a high tackle - careless charge incurred in last week's win over the Roosters. This brings Lily Kolc onto the bench, with Lailani Montgomery the new 18th player. The Titans will wear special Indigenous jerseys for this match.
Sharks: The undefeated Sharks have named an unchanged 17 to face off against the Titans to launch the Round 6. The main change to the squad sees forward Filomina Hanisi replace Dominique du Toit as the 18th player, with the rugby sevens convert moving into the reserves alongside Talei Holmes, who has been cleared of a serious neck injury. Georgia Hannaway (ankle), outside back Andie Robinson (knee) are also listed in the reserves.

Eels: Parramatta have made the one change to their team for this week's match up against the Dragons, with Lindsay Tui in line to make her first appearance of the season, coming onto the bench in place of Tafoa Asaua. The centre has previously represented Samoa and the New South Wales Under 19 team.
Dragons: Bobbi Law (laceration) is back at centre for this match which will see the Dragons don special Indigenous jerseys. Five-eighth Tyla King remains sidelined due to concussion and winger Maria Paseka will also miss the match after suffering a head knock against the Sharks. Her place is taken by Leio Fotu-Moala. Young gun Kasey Reh starts at five-eighth with Zali Hopkins in the No.9 jersey, while Shenai Lendill shifts back to the second row after playing centre last week. Sophie Clancy and Tayla Curtis are the new faces on the bench.

Knights: Last week's debutant Evie Jones is listed as halfback for this week, but Jesse Southwell has been named in the reserves after sitting out last week due to concussion protocols. There has been only one main change made to the side that defeated the Eels, with Grace Kukutai named on the bench, pushing Viena Tinao to the reserves. Sheridan Gallagher is the new replacement player in place of Jules Kirkpatrick.
Wests Tigers: In the 18th player role last week, Shaianne McGlone comes into the centres for this match, with Rikeya Horne rested as per HIA protocols. McGlone has played four games already this season in the second row. Tess Staines is the new replacement player this round.

Roosters: With the injured Jayme Fressard sidelined with a two-match suspension for Contrary Conduct, Taina Naividi - who played lock last week - comes onto the wing. Tiana Davison is the new lock, while Otesa Pule will start at prop in place of Mya Hill-Moana, who came off late in the loss to the Titans for a HIA. The new faces on the bench are Samantha Economos - who was 18th player last round - and Eliza Lopamaua. Brydie Parker, who is working back from an arm injury, is on the extended bench.
Raiders: A number of returns for the Raiders this week, with Monalisa Soliola coming back from a shoulder injury into the second row, Ash Quinlan into the halves and Shakiah Tungai onto the wing. Sereana Naitoktoka and Kere Matua move onto the bench, with Alanna Dummett into the reserves. Centre Cheyelle Robins-Reti has been named, despite suffering a suspected shoulder injury in the game against the Cowboys. Last week's debutant Relna Wuruki-Hosea is out of the side after accepting a one-match ban for a careless high tackle, with fellow debutant Felice Quinlan the 18th player this week.
