Eels fullback Abbi Church has continued her excellent start to the season to climb to second on the Dally M leaderboard behind Titans star Lauren Brown.

Church scored a try and racked 189 run metres and seven tackle breaks to pick up five votes as the Eels travelled to Brisbane and got the job done in style against the Cowboys.

The big mover in Round 3 was Broncos powerhouse Mele Hufanga, who polled the maximum six votes in her side's demolition of the Titans, while Dragons forward Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa grabbed five votes as the Red V upset premiers Newcastle.

Raiders lock Simaima Taufa picked up three votes despite her side losing to the Sharks and she has now polled in all three matches to sit third behind Brown and Church.
