The Roosters and Broncos are looking to claim their first win of the season as they face off in a Sunday afternoon showdown at Allianz Stadium.
The match will be the second in a double-header at the Moore Park venue, with Parramatta taking on the Sharks in the opening game of the day.
The Roosters and Broncos are foundation clubs who locked horns in the inaugural NRLW grand final in 2018 and are considered among the top chances to challenge for the title this year.
Both sides, however, suffered Round 1 losses last weekend and are eager to open their account this weekend.
The Roosters experienced a heart-breaking 12-10 defeat to the Knights in the season opener, Jocelyn Kelleher missing a late conversion that would have sent the game into extra time.
The Broncos were disappointed by their performance in a 22-10 loss to Parramatta at Suncorp Stadium.
Captain Ali Brigginshaw has demanded an immediate response, with Sunday's game an opportunity to send a message to their NRL rivals.

Team News
Roosters: Amber Hall joined the bench an hour from kick-off and took the place of Eliza Lopamaua, with Tiana Davison the 18th player. Out of retirement and into the starting side, Sam Bremner will play fullback this week with Jayme Fressard going to the wing. Captain Isabelle Kelly remains in the five-eighth role alongside Tarryn Aiken.
Broncos: A late change an hour from kick-off sees Jasmine Fogavini start at lock and Mariah Denman revert to the bench. Suspensions to prop Annetta-Claudia Nu'uausala and Lavinia Gould have also forced Scott Prince into a number of changes. Destiny Brill returns from a calf injury on the bench, alongside Bridget Hoy on NRLW debut. Maroons centre Shenae Ciesiolka remains sidelined with a hand injury suffered in Origin Three but has been training with strapping on her hand and looks to be nearing a return.
