Knights: Headlined by superstar fullback Tamika Upton and Blues Origin reps Olivia Higgins, Caitlan Johnston-Green and Yasmin Clydsdale, the defending champs roll out a powerful line-up. Isabella Waterman and Grace Kukutai make their NRLW debuts having made the transition from rugby in New Zealand. No changes in Wednesday's 24-hour update with Jacinta Carter and Lilly-Ann White remaining in the squad. The Knights are aiming to become the first team to win 10 consecutive NRLW games - their last loss was in Round 2 of the 2023 season.
Roosters: Sam Bremner remained in the squad when it was trimmed to 19 on Wednesday and looks a good chance to be called up on game day. The loss of Corban Baxter for the season sees skipper Isabelle Kelly shift to fullback with Jasmin Strange and Jess Sergis in the centres. After playing as five-eighth last season, Maroons half Tarryn Aiken has been named at halfback, with Jayme Fressard in the No.6.

Sharks: Cronulla have named a star-studded line-up with young gun Jada Taylor at fullback and Blues custodian Emma Tonegato pairing with Tayla Preston in the halves. Georgia Hannaway makes her NRLW debut from the bench after helping guide her BMD Premiership side to the grand final this year. International and State of Origin centre Tiana Penitani will again captain the Sharks.
Cowboys: Off-season recruit Jakiya Whitfeld will start in the centres for her first official game for the Cowboys, after last year claiming NRLW Dally M Winger of the Year honours. New coach Rick Henry has named English star Francesca Goldthorp at fullback after injury cut short her season last year. Wests Tigers: Co-captains Botille Vette-Welsh and Kezie Apps provide the experience for a Tigers side that includes three debutants - Natasha Penitani, Shaianne McGlone and Harmony Crichton. The 19-year-old sister of NSW Origin star Stephen has progressed through Wests Tigers pathways, playing in the Tarsha Gale Cup and NSW Women’s Premiership competitions. Forward Tara Reinke will make her Wests Tigers debut against her former club after making the move in the off-season.
Raiders: Both of last season's co-captains Simaima Taufa (lock) and Zahara Temara (five-eighth) have been named and bring plenty of experience to the side. Temara was part of Queensland's successful Origin squad, while prop Sophie Holyman and interchange forward Grace Kemp were also involved in this year's series.
