Raiders: A huge in for the Raiders with halfback Jamal Fogarty named to play his first game since suffering a biceps injury in Round 7 while Hudson Young returns from a groin problem in the back row and Zac Hosking is back from a shoulder injury. Seb Kris has been recalled in the centres for his first game since Round 16. Albert Hopoate, Simi Sasagi and Emre Guler all make way. 

Warriors: Injuries to Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad (calf) and Marcelo Montoya (groin) have forced another reshuffle with Taine Tuaupiki to start at fullback, Ali Leiataua in the centres and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck on the wing. Skipper Tohu Harris has been ruled out for the season with a wrist injury. Mitch Barnett and Kurt Capewell are named to back up from Origin. Winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak has been named to play despite suffering a head knock in Round 18.

Rabbitohs: Just the one change to the starting side from last week's loss to the Dolphins with NSW back-rower Cameron Murray named to return in place of Jai Arrow, who has been playing wounded for a number of weeks. Siiva Havili makes his return from a calf injury on the bench with Liam Le Blanc going to the reserves.

Wests Tigers: Tallyn Da Silva takes over at hooker with injured skipper Api Koroisau (calf) named among the reserves but unlikely to play. Luke Laulilii has been recalled on the wing with Alex Lobb sidelined by an ankle injury. Heath Mason and Reuben Porter also drop out of the side humbled by the Sharks. They are replaced on the bench by Latu Fainu and Alex Twal, who returns from a head knock.

Knights: The Knights will be boosted by the return of backline stars Kalyn Ponga, Bradman Best and Dane Gagai, who have all been named to back up after Origin Three. Dylan Lucas returns to the interchange after playing centre against Manly while Fletcher Sharpe and Thomas Cant drop out. Jack Hetherington joins the bench in place of Brodie Jones (head knock). Tyson Gamble hasn't played since Round 10 due to a fractured foot but is named as 18th man as he closes in on a return.

Broncos: Coach Kevin Walters has named the same 17 that went down to the Dragons in Round 19 with the cavalry coming in the form of Origin reps Payne Haas, Reece Walsh, Pat Carrigan and Selwyn Cobbo, who are listed in the reserves alongside Adam Reynolds, who is nearing his return from a biceps injury. The skipper hasn't played since Round 9.

Storm: A boost for the Storm with centre Nick Meaney back from a calf injury so Grant Anderson moves to the wing and Kane Bradley makes way. Maroons hooker Harry Grant has been named and will be monitored after Wednesday night's decider.

Roosters: Centre Joseph Sua'ali'i returns from a four-game suspension and Victor Radley (concussion protocol) is also back on deck. Terrell May takes over from the suspended Jared Waerea-Hargreaves at prop while Angus Crichton, Lindsay Collins, Spencer Leniu and Connor Watson are all named to back up from Origin Three. Sandon Smith and Naufahu Whyte have been added to the bench.

Panthers: Superstar halfback Nathan Cleary returns from a hamstring injury that has sidelined him since Round 10. Origin reps Jarome Luai, Brian To'o and Liam Martin are listed among the reserves and will be monitored while co-captain Isaah Yeo and fullback Dylan Edwards are being rested. 

Dolphins: Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow and Felise Kaufusi have been included in the starting side and will look to back up after Origin Three. Trai Fuller retains a spot in the 17 after a superb display filling in at fullback last week and will come off the bench, pushing Sean O'Sullivan to 18th man. Back-rower Euan Aitken faces a stint on the sideline with a pectoral injury.

Jamie Humphreys drops to the reserves, Nathan Brown moves from lock to prop and Tof Sipley goes to the bench. Ben Trbojevic returns from concussion protocols on the bench and Taniela Paseka is listed among the reserves as he looks to return from a thumb injury.

Titans: Keano Kini has been named at fullback with AJ Brimson listed as 18th man as the club continues to manage his rehab and return from a significant groin injury. Brimson could be a late inclusion as he was in the win over the Eels. Prop Moeaki Fotuaika will back up from Origin Three provided he comes through Wednesday night in good order. Josiah Pahuu is the new face on the bench.

Cowboys: Coach Todd Payten has named all five of his Origin reps in the reserves and will make a call later in the week as to whether they back up. Blockbusting winger Semi Valemei is also among the reserves as he nears a return from an ankle injury. Jaxon Purdue, Jake Clifford, Jake Granville, Kulikefu Finefeuiaki and Sam McIntyre have been named in the starting side pending the availability of the Origin stars.

Bulldogs: Jacob Preston returns from a foot injury in the back row and Josh Curran moves from the bench to starting prop in place of Max King (wrist). Poasa Faamausili is the new man on the bench. Skipper Stephen Crichton has been named to back up from Origin Three while Blues 18th man Matt Burton and Maroons reserve Reed Mahoney are also set to face the Cowboys.
