Queensland: With lock forward Sienna Lofipo (knee) forced out of the decider after an impressive Origin debut, coach Tahnee Norris has named Keilee Joseph in the No.13 jersey in the only change to the Game Two team. Sophie Holyman slots back in on the interchange bench, while the selection of Emily Bass and Chelsea Lenarduzzi adds further depth and experience to the squad.
New South Wales: An unchanged team from Origin II, with Sky Blues forward Olivia Kernick wearing the No.13 jersey after starting the first two games at lock. Sydney Roosters teammate Keeley Davis moves to the bench as No.15 in the only positional change with North Queensland duo Jakiya Whitfeld and Kirra Dibb named in the squad as reserves for the Townsville clash.
