Newcastle prop Caitlan Johnston has pleaded guilty to a Careless High Tackle charge and will be free to play in Sunday's grand final after receiving a fine.
Johnson received a Grade 1 charge for the tackle on Broncos lock Mariah Denman in the 16th minute of the clash at McDonald Jones Stadium.
The charge carried a one-game ban with an early guilty plea but under Rule 39A she could elect to pay a fine of $400 instead of a one-match ban upon entering her plea.
Broncos prop Brianna Clark fronted the judiciary on Tuesday night and was found guilty of a Crusher Tackle on Newcastle's Sheridan Gallagher.
Clark has been suspended for three matches.
