The Knights host ladder leaders Sydney Roosters on Saturday at McDonald Jones Stadium in what's shaping to be a blockbuster top-of-the-table clash between two heavyweight clubs.

Both sides sit on 12 competition points with two games left of the regular season and the penultimate match likely to have a big bearing on the 2023 minor premiership.

All eyes will be on Millie Boyle taking on her former club in the Hunter after her defection to the Roosters in the off-season.

With the Titans sitting only one win behind the two NRLW powerhouses on the ladder, whoever comes out on top of Saturday's match will all but secure a top-two finish and home advantage for week one of the finals.

The sides didn't meet in finals during the 2022 season before the Knights went all the way to claim the title but the last time they came head-to-head it was the Tricolours who came out on top, 28-12 in March last year.

Team News

Knights: A change on Friday sees 19-year-old forward Jacinta Carter join the bench to make her NRLW debut with Viena Tinao dropping out of the side. Jasmin Strange will come up against her father John for the first time in her NRLW career after switching clubs in the off-season.

Roosters: Grace Hamilton comes into the front row an hour before kick-off with Millie Boyle dropping out due to a shoulder injury. Teuila Fotu-Moala joins the bench. With Jess Sergis sidelined due to a fractured finger, Jayme Fressard returns from a head knock and moves to centre with Mia Wood retaining her spot on the wing. Young gun Lily Rogan makes her NRLW debut from the bench.
