The National Rugby League (NRL) has released tickets for the Pacific Championships matches in Townsville and Melbourne.
The NRL has also announced dates and kick off times for the men’s and women’s matches, with times below listed in local time.
October 14 – Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Townsville

- 7.10pm – Australia v Samoa (men)

Tickets are now on sale for both matches from $20 for NRL Club Members, and from $25 for General Public.

Queensland Minister for Resources and Member for Townsville Scott Stewart said: “This is a great win for Townsville to stage the first Test matches of the new rugby league series, the Pacific Championships.
“We can’t wait to welcome players and fans to Townsville for the double header which is a welcome boost to local businesses with the games expected to generate $2 million for the local community.”
The Pacific Championships will feature the best men’s and women’s rugby league players from seven nations across the Pacific over four weeks in Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Matches in PNG will go on sale next month.
The Pacific Championships matches in Townsville will be supported by the Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland, while the matches in Melbourne will be supported by the Victorian Government through Visit Victoria.
