Eels: Jade Fonua (hand) returns at lock for her first game since starting at halfback in Round 1. Tyla Amiatu has been named at prop alongside Talesha Quinn after being promoted from the bench to lock last week, with Madeline Jones listed in the reserves. Noaria Kapua and Nakia Davis-Welsh are the new faces on the bench.

Cowboys: The season is over for Autumn-Rain Stephens-Daly after she tore her ACL in Round 5, while Shaniah Power suffered a foot injury which will sideline her for the remainder of the campaign. Their replacements form part of a series of changes for the side, with Krystal Blackwell and Vitalina Naikore are the new wingers in place of Stephens-Daly and China Polata, who is instead named on the bench. Mia Middleton has been dropped to the reserves, so Shellie Long comes in to partner Jasmine Peters in the centres. Sera Koroi and Sareka Mooka have dropped back to the reserves. Libby Surha is set to make her NRLW debut and Jetaya Faifua comes into the side too, with Emma Manzelmann named to start at hooker.

Dragons: Despite initial fears that her season could be over after suffering a hamstring injury on Saturday, Bobbi Law has been named in the centres and is a chance of playing. Sophie Clancy is also listed after concern around a shoulder injury, while fellow hooking option Kaarla Cowan joins the interchange. Maddison Weatherall is the other new face on the bench, with Cheynoah Amone and Macie Carlile making way.

Titans: Representative centre Jaime Chapman returns to boost the backline after time out with a head knock and takes the place of injured winger Emily Bass (shoulder). Destiny Mino-Sinapati shifts out to the flank following her try-scoring showing in the centres on Saturday. The side is otherwise unchanged from last week, with Brittany Breayley-Nati likely to start at hooker despite being named on the bench, as has been a trend this season for the Gold Coast. Rookie forward Rilee Jorgensen is available again after recovering from a head knock but is listed in the reserves for now.

Roosters: Winger Jayme Fressard is out after suffering a head knock last week, which opens the door for Mia Wood to make her NRLW debut, having earlier this year served as an unused replacement player against the Sharks. Both Mya Hill-Moana and Otesa Pule come into the starting forward pack after being named on the bench last week, moving Teuila Fotu-Moala and Amelia Pasikala to the interchange. Kalosipani Hopoate comes into the 17 in place of Grace Hamilton.

Wests Tigers: Young half Losana Lutu returns from a knee injury and takes over the No.7 jersey from Emily Curtain who is out of the side after playing through knee and hand injuries in recent weeks. Off-season recruit Tess Staines is named to make her first appearance of the year following a layoff with a thumb injury and is joined by Imogen Gobran as the new faces on the bench. Knights: Co-captain Hannah Southwell returns after sitting out last week as a precaution due to a knee complaint, which sees Kayla Romaniuk move to prop in place of Rima Butler who is out of the 22. Caitlin Johnston is back at prop after being named in the second row last week, so Felila Kia reverts to the bench and Kiwi Fern Laishon Albert-Jones joins the starting second row. Simone Karpani is out after picking up a leg injury last week, which means Viena Tinao is set to play her third game at NRLW level after being the replacement player last week.

Sharks: Coach Tony Herman has stuck with the same 17 players who led the side to their biggest win at NRLW level last week, with a positional switch in the forward pack the only alteration. Veteran Holli Wheeler moves to lock after starting at prop last week, with Chloe Saunders shifting from the No.13 jersey to the No.10 jersey. Cassie Staples is again the 18th woman.
