Tallisha Harden has been included in the run-on side after failing to finish last week due to a knee concern.

Sharks: Plenty of changes made by Tony Herman in reaction to last week's loss to the Roosters. Kiana Takairangi has been dropped with Georgia Ravics coming onto the wing for an NRLW debut. Chloe Saunders starts at lock with Brooke Anderson to come off the bench while Harata Butler took a $400 fine over a one-match ban for a hip-drop tackle and has been included in the 17.

Dragons: Jamie Soward has made further changes in reaction to last week's loss to the Raiders. In a boost, Lauren Brown has been named after leaving the field for a HIA with the Jillaroos hooker on track to play.

Roosters: An unchanged squad for John Strange with Mya Hill-Moana remaining in the reserves after missing the past fortnight due to a head knock suffered in Round 2. Jayme Fressard (shoulder) has been named despite a small issue during last Sunday's win over the Sharks.

Rima Butler (head knock) has been named despite leaving the field last week after a clash of heads with Simone Karpani.

Broncos: Mixed news for Scott Prince's side with Brianna Clark and Jasmine Fogavini both out through suspension but in a triple boost, Gayle Broughton returns after missing last week's clash due to personal reasons, while Annetta Nu'uausala and Destiny Brill will also both return after head knocks kept them out in Round 4. Toni Hunt is the new face on the interchange.

Eels: Confirmation Elsie Albert (calf) is out after reaggravating a leg injury with Madeline Jones stepping into the starting role at prop. Kyra Simon moves to lock with Nakia Davis-Welsh the new face on the bench. Rosemarie Beckett, who picked up a head knock a fortnight, has been listed in the reserves.
