Rabbitohs: A huge boost for the Rabbitohs with fullback Latrell Mitchell (calf), centre Campbell Graham (sternum) and back-rower Jai Arrow (ankle) all back on deck. Big guns Cody Walker, Damien Cook, Keaon Koloamatangi and Cameron Murray all return after missing Round 19 on Origin duty. Blake Taaffe, Siliva Havili and Thomas Burgess all move to the bench alongside Jacob Host, who returns from suspension.
Broncos: Fullback Reece Walsh is available again after serving his suspension and returns alongside fellow representative star Payne Haas, who is back on deck after time out with an ankle injury. Those additions mean Tristan Sailor drops back to the reserves and Corey Jensen reverts to the bench after starting at prop last week. After being rested after Origin III Patrick Carrigan is back at lock. Halfback Adam Reynolds is named to play despite picking up a wrist concern in last week's win over the Bulldogs.

Titans: Skipper Tino Fa'asuamaleaui will miss the next three games after taking an early guilty to a shoulder charge on Reagan Campbell-Gillard so Isaac Liu will play prop and Erin Clark starts at lock. Maroons rep AJ Brimson returns to the No.1 jersey after being rested on Sunday so Jayden Campbell reverts to an impact role off the bench. Forward Joe Stimson returns after missing the Eels game due to concussion.
Roosters: The return of skipper James Tedesco at fullback, after he was rested in Round 20, means Joey Manu moves to the centres and Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii shifts back to the wing. Junior Pauga is the man to make way. Jake Turpin retains the starting hooker role, with Brandon Smith set to come off the bench again after making his injury return last week. Terrell May is the new face on the bench after Naufahu Whyte suffered a knee injury in the loss to the Storm. (edited)

Eels: The four-game ban handed to prop Reagan Campbell-Gillard sees Ofahiki Ogden start at prop for the fourth time this season. Winger Maika Sivo was named on Tuesday pending his appearance at the judiciary but will now miss four games after he failed to get a downgrade on a Careless High Tackle charge. Waqa Blake or Haze Dunster will now come into the side.
