After being rested after Origin III Patrick Carrigan is back at lock. Halfback Adam Reynolds is named to play despite picking up a wrist concern in last week's win over the Bulldogs.

Sea Eagles: Former Rooster Matt Lodge will come off the bench in his first game for Manly since joining the club on a train and trial contract.
