It's time to get ready for the start of the new Bundy Mixer season ahead of Game Week One kicking off on July 20.

Players will have the chance to win one of five weekly prizes across the 11 Game Weeks, which run from Round 21 of the NRL season/Round 1 of the NRLW season right through to Grand Final day in October.

Registration is quick and easy and open to anyone aged 18+, while playing the game is super simple, whether you're a Fantasy sports veteran or a newbie.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of the Mixer 23 season getting underway.

What makes Bundy Mixer different to other Fantasy games?

Mixer is the only game that combines players from both the NRL and NRLW competitions, with three players from each competition required to be selected in your team for each Game Week. You select a fresh group of six players every week and can opt to play for the full season or in select Game Weeks, with weekly prizes meaning you are always in the running to top the leaderboard and claim a prize.

How do you play?

Each week you select three NRL players and three NRLW players to fill your team, which is made up of a hooker (HOK), middle forward (MID), edge forward (EDG), half (HLF), centre (CTR), and a wing/fullback (WFB). Of those six players, you select one NRL player and one NRLW player to 'boost' and receive double points.

There is a rolling lockout each week, which means your team can be altered at any time provided players have not yet taken the field, and there is no trade limit. In Mixer there are no auto-emergency players, meaning if one of your players does not play then they will not be replaced and will score zero, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on team lists on NRL.com for late withdrawals.

Players in your Mixer team score points in line with the current NRL Fantasy scoring system. Check it out in the 'help' section which can be found here.

Leagues

In Bundy Mixer you can enter public leagues alongside other Mixer 23 players and create or enter private leagues with your mates, which require a PIN to enter.

You can enter as many leagues as you like, while you're also automatically part of the Mixer-wide rankings list along with every other player.

Rankings can be filtered by overall standings or by individual Game Week, so you'll always have a good idea of where you're at and how you have gone on a given Game Week.

Prizes

Players who reside in Australia or New Zealand will be eligible to win weekly prizes based on their ranking at the end of each Game Week, while the cash prizes below are up for grabs for the top five overall players at the end of the 11 Game Weeks:

  1. 1st – AUD$4,000
  2. 2nd – AUD$2,000
  3. 3rd – AUD$1,000
  4. 4th – AUD$750
  5. 5th – AUD$500

All winners will be published on the Mixer website and sent to the winners' NRL Account email address, with instructions for claiming and fulfilling prizes.
