The National Rugby League (NRL) today announced that New Zealand’s biggest band, SIX60, will headline the pre-game show at Ampol State of Origin Game Three, as this year’s series concludes at Sydney’s Accor Stadium on Wednesday 12 July.

The multi-platinum selling band are no strangers to stadium crowds, regularly filling New Zealand’s biggest venues, and they will provide an electrifying soundtrack for fans as sport’s greatest rivalry returns to Sydney. 

Tickets for the 2023 Ampol State of Origin series finale are available from $59 for adults and $165 for families via NRL.com/tickets.

Matiu Walters, SIX60’s lead singer and guitarist, said, “It’s an honour to be playing the pre-game show for Game Three of State of Origin 2023!

"We are huge fans of rugby league and State of Origin is the pinnacle of the sport. To be playing a part in the action is something we will never forget. We can’t wait!” 

Additional entertainment for fans at Accor Stadium will include a range of precinct experiences, a spectacular pre-match light show, the traditional Welcome to Country, and the Ampol ‘Little Origin’ match at half time, featuring local junior players.
