Opening month

The Roosters will open their 2023 campaign with a blockbuster match-up scheduled against the Broncos at Sunshine Coast Stadium. With a fierce rivalry that includes two grand final clashes and a big Roosters win last time both sides met, expect neither team to hold back in the opening round. The Tricolours will then make their way down to Canberra to meet with the Raiders before hosting the Dragons at the Sydney Cricket Ground. A match-up against the Sharks in Round 4 awaits at PointsBet Stadium.

The run home

The Roosters have an interesting finish to the regular season with a home game against the Eels scheduled on the Central Coast before they take on the defending champion Knights in Newcastle. The side will finish their regular campaign against the Cowboys in Sydney for a game deemed a home match at Kogarah.

And another thing...

The Roosters will remarkably play at nine different venues during the regular season – the most of any other team and a feat unlikely to occur again in future years. The unavailability of several venues due to the women's FIFA World Cup has played a part while the Tricolours will have three home games at three different venues including on the Central Coast.
