Knights: Tamika Upton is named after missing the last two weeks with a calf injury, so Shanice Parker shifts back to centre and Jessica Gentle drops out. The playing group is otherwise unchanged from that which got the job done against the Dragons in round 5, but there could be some positional switches come game day.

Dragons: Mass changes after coach Jamie Soward opted to rest several players last week, while some also return from injury. Captain Kezie Apps and Kiwi Ferns centre Page McGregor are both back in starting roles after a break last week, while Tegan Dymock (shoulder) and Talei Holmes (knee) are back from injury. Monalisa Soliola also returns to the bench. Shontelle Stowers, Zali Hopkins, Chantel Tugaga, Renee Targett and Aliti Namoce all drop out after playing in round 5.

Roosters: Star fullback Samantha Bremner and halfback Raecene McGregor are back on deck after being rested last week, which means Jada Taylor drops out of the squad and Jocelyn Kelleher reverts to the bench after playing in halves against the Titans. Leianne Tufuga returns to the wing in place of Shannon Rose and Mya Hill-Moana starts in the front row, which bumps Kalosipani Hopoate back to the bench. Angelina Teakaraanga Katoa and Samantha Economos both drop out of the 17.

Eels: The 17 is unchanged from last week with with co-captains Tiana Penitani and Simaima Taufa both named despite picking up quad and ankle injuries last week respectively. Filomina Hanisi and Seli Mailangi are named to start but could switch back to the bench prior to kick-off, as was the case last week.
