After winning four-straight matches through July, the Rabbitohs had their momentum stalled by a golden point defeat at the hands of the Sharks a fortnight ago, and their run home from here includes clashes against the NRL's top two teams.
Outside of centre Campbell Graham, who is out indefinitely with a cheekbone injury, the Rabbitohs have all of their big guns available, with Latrell Mitchell in fine form since returning from injury last month.

The final four games
- Round 22 v Eels (A)
- Round 23 v Panthers (H)
- Round 24 v Cowboys (H)
- Round 25 v Roosters (A)
Arguably the toughest run home of any top-eight side, with their four remaining five being against current top-eight teams, including facing ladder-leading Penrith and the second-placed Cowboys. Either side of playing the competition frontrunners, South Sydney will face the Eels and Roosters who, much like themselves, will be fighting to secure a top-eight berth.
Home, sweet home
The Rabbitohs have lost just once all year at Accor Stadium, although have a 8-2 home record due to a losing their home match against the Raiders, which they took to Dubbo. Crucially they’ll play their two highest-ranked remaining opponents, the Panthers and Cowboys, at home.
Quick fix: Rabbitohs v Warriors
On the road
South Sydney got off to a bad start when they lost their first four away games of the season, but in good news for Jason Demetriou’s men they won't leave Sydney in their final four matches. CommBank Stadium, where they will face the Eels, has been a happy hunting ground for Souths, with three wins from their last four there. That isn't the case for Allianz Stadium where they finish the regular season against the Roosters, though, with just three wins from their last 10 trips there.
Must-watch game

It’s great rivalry match at the best of times, and this year when the Rabbitohs and Roosters meet in the final round of the regular season there is a good chance at least one of them could be playing to keep their finals hopes alive. The pair sit in seventh and eighth positions currently and if the cards fall correctly this could be the biggest game in Round 25.
