NSW Country took out the open's final by beating Western Australia while the Queensland Rubys took out the under 19s decider with a 10-4 victory over NSW City.
In other key matches on the day, NSW Country and the Queensland Sapphires played off for third spot in the under 19s division and the First Nations Gems finished third in the open age after beating Victoria.

A double to Tawana Tago helped the First Nations Gems to a 12-0 victory over Victoria to finish their campaign.
The victory ensures the Gems finish third in the opens tournament.
Under 19s - Queensland Sapphires v NSW Country

NSW Country secured a hard-fought 8-4 victory over the Queensland Sapphires to finish third in the under 19s division.
