Josh McGuire and Kane Evans have accepted lengthy suspensions and Eels forward Keegan Hipgrave is unavailable for week one of the finals.
The NRL announced on Tuesday that McGuire and Evans both entered early guilty pleas to two separate charges each.
McGuire will miss a total of five games for a pair of high tackles while Evans will sit out the same number of games for dangerous contact and contrary conduct charges.
Both men would have attracted smaller suspensions if not for poor records over the last two years.
Hipgrave, who would have been facing a battle to win a spot in the Eels top-17 if available, can be selected again if Parramatta make it to week two of the playoffs.
Lodge, Evans and Wallace also sent to the bin
Evans wasn't the only Warriors player to accept a suspension stemming from Sunday's ill-tempered match on the Gold Coast.
Reece Walsh and Mat Lodge will both miss one game.
As well as those suspended, seven players accepted fines.
Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad (dangerous contact - $750), Jeremiah Nanai (dangerous throw - $1150), Mitch Rein (dangerous contact - $1600), Jamal Fogarty (dangerous throw - $1350), Jazz Tevaga (contrary conduct - $1900), Jarrod Wallace (contrary conduct - $1150) and Shawn Blore (dangerous contact - $1150) comprise that list.
