How far are we from seeing female coaches in the NRL?
2021 marked the first time both Women's State of Origin sides were led by female coaches, with Tahnee Norris and Kylie Hilder taking the reins. Former Jillaroo Allana Ferguson hopes we'll see female coaches begin to feature in the men's game in the near future
