The Penrith Panthers again franked their title credentials with a superb attacking display over fellow heavyweights Canberra while the Dragons charged into the top four with an upset win over the Eels at Bankwest Stadium.
On a super Saturday of footy it was the Roosters' teen sensation Sam Walker announcing himself in style in a comeback win over the Sharks and Titans powerhouse David Fifita stealing the show with a hat-trick against the Knights.
Star fullbacks Latrell Mitchell and Ryan Papenhuyzen have sped to the top of the Dally M Medal leaderboard with 10 votes from five rounds, leapfrogging Eels hooker Reed Mahoney, who is two adrift alongside Panthers co-captain Nathan Cleary.
