Stuart likes HIA model for crusher tackles to stamp out milking
Canberra Raiders coach Ricky Stuart says the NRL needs to eradicate the crusher tackle, but have to be mindful of players milking a penalty. He suggests a similar test to the HIA for crusher tackles if there is any concern for the welfare of the player
