Panthers: Josh Mansour is a late withdrawal for the Panthers, with Brent Naden to start on the wing. Mansour and Tyrone May were the two players left out an hour before kick-off. Mitch Kenny and Jack Hetherington were the two players dropped from the bench 24 hours before kick-off. The Panthers have won three of their past four games at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.

Rabbitohs: Centre James Roberts' return is confirmed after Mark Nicholls and Troy Dargan were the last two players dropped from the squad an hour before kick-off. Bench forward Tom Amone is out after suffering a serious knee injury against the Warriors. Patrick Mago and Corey Allan were the two players omitted the day before the match. Rabbitohs winger Alex Johnston has scored four tries in his past three games.

Storm: Brenko Lee is out, with Paul Momirovski (No.21) to take his place in the centres. Lee and Nicho Hynes were the two players dropped from the squad 24 hours out from game time. Melbourne are boosted by the return of Josh Addo-Carr and Jahrome Hughes to the starting side, with Marion Seve and Ryley Jacks making way. Jacks and Max King were the last two players omitted an hour before kick-off. The Storm have won their past eight games against the Warriors.

Warriors: Several late changes to Todd Payten's side with Adam Blair moving from lock to prop and Jamayne Taunoa-Brown going to the bench. Isaiah Papali'i will start the game in the second row and Tohu Harris moves to lock. In the backline, Patrick Herbert moves to the wing and Gerard Beale to centre. Adam Pompey and Leivaha Pulu dropped out an hour before kick-off.

David Fusitu'a and Lachlan Burr are both out of the Warriors team, with Beale and Poasa Faamausili their replacements. Both Fusitu'a and Burr were in concussion protocol in the lead up to the match.  

Payten indicated Chanel Harris-Tavita would rotate with Karl Lawton at hooker, while Ken Maumalo is set to play after overcoming a hamstring strain. The Warriors have not won at Kogarah since 2003.

Roosters: In a series of changes announced an hour before kick-off, Joseph Manu will start at fullback, Brett Morris in the centres and Sam Verrills at hooker. Jake Friend will start the match from the interchange bench. Lachlan Lam and Nat Butcher were the last two players cut from the squad. James Tedesco and Josh Morris were ruled out on Thursday. The Roosters have won five of their past six matches against the Dragons.

Dragons: The Dragons will start 1-17 and Korbin Sims and Tristan Sailor were the last two dropped from the squad. Jason Saab replaces the suspended Jordan Pereira on the wing, Blake Lawrie starts at prop, Josh Kerr goes back to the bench, and Jackson Ford replaces the Super League-bound James Graham on the interchange. Tim Lafai and Billy Brittain were the two players left out on the eve of the match. The Dragons have lost both their matches at Bankwest Stadium.

Cowboys: In late changes an hour before kick-off Francis Molo moves to the bench and Shane Wright is elevated to the starting side. The last two players omitted are Reuben Cotter and Jake Granville.

Former Test prop Jordan McLean makes an early return from a calf injury after being elevated to the second row with Mitchell Dunn omitted from the squad 24 hours out from kick-off because of a groin problem.

Rookie winger Connelly Lemuelu is out after the 19-man squad reduction due to a shoulder problem with Tom Opacic moving into the starting side from the reserves. The Cowboys have won four of their past five matches against the Knights.

Knights: The Knights are 1-17. Bradman Best has been ruled out after inadvertently breaching the NRL's COVID-19 protocols. The NRL loosened restrictions on players last Sunday to enable them to seek permission to visit family members outside their bubble but Best did not follow the process correctly. He's replaced by Enari Tuala in the centres.

Brodie Jones and Phoenix Crossland were dropped from the squad on Friday while Tautau Moga and Pasami Saulo were the last two omitted an hour before game time. Knights second-rower Lachlan Fitzgibbon has scored three tries in three games against the Cowboys.

Broncos: Tesi Niu starts at fullback with Jamayne Isaako on the bench, while Pat Carrigan and Tom Flegler are suspended. Joseph Ofahengaue starts at lock and Jamil Hopoate and Rhys Kennedy join the interchange with Cory Paix (strained pec) dropping out. Tyson Gamble and Richard Kennar were the first two cut from the extended squad on Friday and Jamil Hopoate and Ethan Bullemor made way an hour before kick-off. The Broncos have conceded the most penalties and received the fewest after seven rounds.

Titans: Jaimin Joliffe has been called into the starting side an hour before kick-off with Sam Lisone going to the bench. Dale Copley replaces Young Tonumaipea (knee) at centre, Mitch Rein bumps Erin Clark out of the hooker role, and Keegan Hipgrave is named to start with Bryce Cartwright out of the 17.

Jarrod Wallace returns on the interchange. Tyrone Roberts (ankle) was again named on an extended bench after coach Justin Holbrook said he was "right to go" but the playmaker was omitted 24 hours before kick-off along with Beau Fermor. Cartwright and Clark were cut an hour before game time. The Titans have defeated the Broncos in their past two clashes at Suncorp Stadium.

Eels: Marata Niukore will replace Nathan Brown in the starting side after the rugged forward copped a two-match ban earlier in the week. Eels coach Brad Arthur confirmed Daniel Alvaro will be added to the interchange. Jai Field was dropped from the squad 24 hours before the match and David Gower and George Jennings were trimmed from the reserves list on game day. Parramatta have won five of their past six games at Bankwest Stadium.

Raiders: Joseph Tapine is out with a minor knee issue with Hudson Young promoted to the starting side and Bailey Simonsson added to the bench. Tapine and Matt Frawley were the two players omitted on the eve of the match, while Dunamis Lui and Tom Starling were cut from the extended bench an hour before kick-off. Coach Ricky Stuart remains in search of his 200th coaching victory in the NRL.

Sea Eagles: Sean Keppie will start the match in jersey No.16, with Martin Taupau to come off the interchange bench. Morgan Boyle and Abbas Miski were the last two players dropped from squad. Tom Trbojevic (hamstring) and Dylan Walker (ankle) are out with Brendan Elliot moving to fullback, Lachlan Croker to five-eighth, Jorge Taufua returns on the wing. Cade Cust joins the interchange.

Haumole Olakau'atu and Toafofoa Sipley were omitted 24 hours before kick-off. Manly have won 11 of their past 12 games against the Sharks.

Sharks: As was the case last week, with an hour until game time it was announced that Braden Hamlin-Uele will start the match with Andrew Fifita to come off the interchange bench. Scott Sorensen ad Connor Tracey were the last two players dropped from the squad. The Sharks’ winning record against the Sea Eagles (26%) is their worst against any opposition. William Kennedy and Jackson Ferris were omitted 24 hours before kick-off.

Bulldogs: Aiden Tolman will return, and start, after self-isolating following a COVID-19 scare. His return moves Renouf To'omaga back to the bench. Nick Meaney and Ofahiki Ogden were the two players left out an hour before kick-off.

Kerrod Holland replaces the suspended Christian Crichton in the backline and Jack Cogger joins the interchange. Sione Katoa and Lachlan Lewis were the players trimmed from the reserves list on Saturday. Canterbury have won their past three games against Wests Tigers.

Wests Tigers: Michael Maguire's team will start 1-17, with Benji Marshall and Chris Lawrence the final two players dropped from the squad. Tommy Talau replaces Robert Jennings (hamstring) on the wing, Oliver Clark replaces Zane Musgrove (foot) at prop and Matt Eisenhuth starts at lock for Alex Twal (knee), with Elijah Taylor joining the bench. Billy Walters and Reece Hoffman were omitted from the extended bench 24 hours before kick-off. Wests Tigers will play their 500th game since entering the NRL premiership in 2000.
