Bulldogs chief executive Andrew Hill has been elected to replace NRL CEO Todd Greenberg as a director on the board of Touch Football Australia.
Greenberg, who joined the board in 2014, will continue to help strengthen the strategic alliance between the NRL and TFA.
Hill, a passionate touch football advocate who drove the creation of the alliance in 2013, will start his official TFA duties at next week's NSW State Cup in Port Macquarie, where his daughter is playing.
TFA chair Anita Hagarty commended Greenberg's work over the past five years while anointing Hill as the perfect man to fill the hole.
"Todd has been a driving force behind the growth of the TFA/NRL partnership and we sincerely thank him for his immense contribution," Hagarty said.
"I couldn’t think of a better replacement for Todd. Andrew was the key instigator in the formation of the TFA/NRL relationship and I know he will be a strong contributor to the board. We are very excited about his appointment."

Hill has seen first-hand the popularity of touch football first-hand and said the sport has an integral role to play in the overall growth of rugby league.
"After the creation of a strategic alliance with the NRL, the game has put itself in a strong position to move forward and it’s important that we capitalise on that position to continue to attract people to play touch football and rugby league whilst finding additional opportunities for the sport," Hill said.
"I look forward to joining the board of Touch Football Australia and continuing to find ways to promote this outstanding game."
Hill has been at the helm of Canterbury since December 2017, having previously been the CEO of the Rugby League World Cup 2017 and the NRL's general manager of league integration and development.
He was also the general manager of the Parramatta Eels (1999-2009) and the GWS Giants AFL club (2009-2011) and boasts extensive board experience.
Hill will sit on the TFA board alongside the NRL's senior manager of government relations Cassandra Lawry and existing directors Barry McNamara, Michael Rush, Rachel Baird, Neil Collins and Hagarty.
