Cowboys: Jordan McLean is a late scratching for North Queensland after injuring his calf in the captain's run, with Matt Scott starting and Peter Hola joining the bench. Reuben Cotter drops off the extended bench. The two men to drop out of the extended squad 24 hours before kick-off were Taulagi and Corey Jensen.

Broncos: Gehamat Shibasaki replaces Alex Glenn (knee) at centre, with Herbie Farnworth and Shaun Fensom dropping off the reserves list on game day. Origin forward Matt Gillett is still battling a lower back injury and will not play. His absence if offset by the return of Tevita Pangai jnr from suspension. Joe Ofahengaue has been promoted to the starting side with Thomas Flegler going to the bench.

Warriors: Josh Curren and Hayze Perham drop out of the match-day squad. Blake Ayshford is out, with Gerard Beale moving to centre. Adam Pompey, who made his Telstra Premiership debut last month, comes in on the right wing as Ayshford's replacement. The Warriors have lost their past six games at Mt Smart Stadium.

Sea Eagles: Manly are 1-17 with Jack Gosiewski and Lachlan Croker the final cuts. No changes to the side named on Tuesday for the high-flying Sea Eagles. Apisai Koroisau is again expected to start with Manase Fainu to come off the bench. Brendan Elliot and Lloyd Perrett were cut from the extended bench on Thursday night. Manly have won 14 of their past 16 games against the Warriors.

Panthers: Stephen Crichton makes his debut in place of Dean Whare who has been dropped to Canterbury Cup. Moses Leota has been promoted to lock with Isaah Yeo dropping back to the bench. Jed Cartwright is the other cut from the match-day 17. Brent Naden takes his place despite failing to complete training on Monday. The return of Viliame Kikau from a two-week suspension sees Frank Winterstein drop out of the side. Interchange players Jarome Luai (eye) and Wayde Egan (shoulder) are both out with Sione Katoa and 18-year-old rookie Spencer Leniu the new names on the bench. James Maloney was suspended on Tuesday night with Panthers blooding rookie five-eighth Matt Burton to replace him.  

Sharks: Cronulla are 1-17 with Sione Katoa and Kyle Flanagan the final cuts from the match-day squad. Josh Dugan shifts to fullback for injured Matt Moylan (concussion), while Sosaia Feki will start on the wing and Josh Morris moves to centre. No other changes to the team that thumped the Rabbitohs last week. Billy Magoulias and Blayke Brailey dropped off the extended bench on Thursday night.

Dragons: Blake Lawrie and Zac Lomax have been left out of the squad to face the Titans. Lawrie suffered a nasty knock late in the side's loss to the Eels, while Lomax was suffering from a hamstring strain. The Dragons have scored 96 points in their past two games against the Titans. They will line up 1-17 as named on Tuesday, with Tristan Sailor and Josh Kerr the last players cut before kick-off.

Titans: Ash Taylor is out, replaced at five-eighth by Tyrone Peachey. Nathan Peats (knee injury) is also out, with Mitch Rein to start at hooker. Peats and Anthony Don were the two players to drop out of the squad 24 hours before game time. Leilani Latu has been promoted from the reserves to the bench, while Treymain Spry was omitted an hour before kick-off. The Titans have conceded 208 points in six consecutive losses.

Eels: Parra have made a late change with Daniel Alvaro coming in for Kane Evans (food poisoning). Knights: Kurt Mann will play despite a knee injury suffered in last week's loss to the Sea Eagles. James Gavet has been ruled out with a hamstring problem while Danny Levi will start at hooker and Connor Watson reverts to the bench. Gavet and Jirah Momoisea were the two men to drop out on Friday, while Jamie Buhrer and Beau Fermor were omitted an hour prior to kick-off. Newcastle have won 11 of their past 13 games against the Eels.

Wests Tigers require 14 points to reach 10,000 points since the club entered the premiership in 2000.

Raiders: Canberra are 1-17 after making Joey Leilua and Emre Guler the final cuts from their squad. Nick Cotric returns from suspension, while Ryan Sutton is back from a calf injury and takes Guler's spot on the bench. Leilua will have to wait at least another week to make his return from the neck injury which has sidelined him since round seven. Sam Williams and Oldfield were cut from the reserves on Saturday.

Roosters: Zane Tetevano has won a late promotion to the starting side with Isaac Liu dropping back to the bench but otherwise the visitors are 1-17. Matt Ikuvalu and Lachlan Lam are the final cuts to the match-day squad. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves returns from suspension. No other changes to the team that beat the Titans 58-6. Lindsay Collins and Drew Hutchison were omitted from the squad on Saturday.

Liam Knight and Ethan Lowe start at prop and second row respectively with Tom Burgess and John Sutton benched. Jaydn Su'A and Connor Tracey were the final two names to drop out on game day.
