The NRL announced on Tuesday that senior referees Ashley Klein and Gerard Sutton had retained officiating duties for the Holden State of Origin decider in Sydney.
The pair have been in the middle for the past five Origins. Jared Maxwell and Ben Galea will be the review officials.
"This is the biggest game of the year to date," NRL Head of Football Elite Competitions Graham Annesley said in a statement.
"We need our best and most experienced match officials in the company of the best and most experienced players.
"Both referees have officiated well through the series so far and they will bring consistency to the series, which will help both teams."
There had been speculation over whether the pair would be retained after a controversial weekend of officiating, described by Annesley as "sloppy" in his Monday debrief.
Sutton oversaw the Panthers-Warriors clash, which saw Jarome Luai incorrectly sin-binned and Liam Martin return early from a sin-bin.

Annesley discusses key decisions from Round 15
Maxwell was in the Bunker when Warriors winger David Fusitu'a was incorrectly awarded a try after grounding his hand into touch before putting the ball down.
Klein was in the Bunker for Canterbury's win over the Warriors, in which Shaun Johnson was incorrectly awarded a try despite a knock on in the lead-up.
Annesley said those mistakes were the result of human error but, taken in isolation, should not dictate who would be given Origin duties after two largely controversy-free interstate clashes so far.
"I can't say to you that any one of these decisions would mean that a particular official would or would not get an Origin nod," Annesley said on Monday.
"They all factor into consideration, but they don't necessarily determine the outcome in isolation.
"We have to look back at how they've performed in recent weeks and back throughout the season, and what's happened in Origin I and II.
"We had the same set of officials go into Origin I as we did in Origin II.
"Thankfully those games were relatively controversy-free and I think everyone wants to see next Wednesday night as controversy-free as possible."
