Final team lists: Queensland v NSW, State of Origin I, 2019

Queensland and NSW have confirmed their 17-man line-ups for the 2019 Holden State of Origin series opener at Suncorp Stadium.

Both sides will run out as named last week, with coaches Kevin Walters and Brad Fittler not springing any surprises on game day.

Queensland debutants Moses Mbye, Joe Ofahengaue and David Fifita will come off the bench while Cody Walker, Nick Cotric, Cameron Murray, Jack Wighton and Payne Haas will make their Origin debuts for NSW.

Daly Cherry-Evans will captain the Maroons for the first time, while Boyd Cordner again leads the Blues as they begin their bid to repeat last year's series win.
